Solides Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Für uns war es ein kurzer Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Kappadokien. Das Zimmer war von der Größe her in Ordnung. Der Empfang freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend.
Ein Parkplatz war an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Das Restaurant mit Ausblick (im 18. Stock) ist zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Der Türhaken mit den Bademänteln ist uns gleich entgegen geflogen. Die Sauberkeit im Wellnesbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Naja haben Zwischenstopp gemacht, aber längeren Aufenthalt braucht man dort nicht

Die Klimaanlage ging nicht, auf Nachfrage es geht nur die Heizung. Sie können aber Fenster ganz öffnen bei dem Krach kann man dann nicht schlafen.

colazione molto varia ed abbondante, sia dolce che salata
eravamo in 4 in una family room al primo piano e quindi avevamo anche un terrazziono che però non aveva vista all'esterno;

The pool and breakfast were enjoyable, the service and parking conditions did not meet expectations.
Pros:

The swimming pool area was very clean and quiet. Since it was winter, we mostly enjoyed the indoor pools during our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a rich variety of options. The kitchen staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay more pleasant. Special thanks to the kitchen team and the pool staff.

Cons:

The parking area was very crowded and poorly organized. There was no valet service or staff to guide the vehicles, which made it difficult to find a parking spot. The location is also not very convenient, especially when arriving by car. The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom and toilet were not satisfactory.
Following my review, the hotel management contacted me and apologized for the inconveniences we experienced. Unfortunately, after further communication they informed us that no goodwill gesture or compensation would be considered. While I appreciate the response, I expected a more guest-oriented approach given the circumstances.
