Uzun sayılabilecek bir yolculuktan sonra 13:15 gibi otele ulastik odanın hazırlandığı söylendi ve saat 14:00 giriş için beklememiz söylendi tamam dedik bu arada birşeyler atıştırmak için yakın bir yere gittik 14:20 gibi geldik ancak oda yine hazır değildi. Ufak bir olumsuzluktu bunu biraz sevemedim

Ich halte dieses Hotel für nicht sicher.
Pros:

Obwohl ich ausdrücklich darum gebeten hatte, dass niemand unser Zimmer betritt, wurde das Zimmer dennoch betreten und durchsucht. Allerdings wurde damals nichts gestohlen.
An diesem Tag hatten wir nach dem Essen gesundheitliche Beschwerden und befanden uns in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Mein Sohn musste die ganze Nacht im Krankenhaus bleiben. Erst gegen 6:30 Uhr morgens kamen wir zurück und legten uns sofort schlafen.
Da wir das Zimmer bereits um 11:00 Uhr verlassen mussten, packten wir unsere Sachen sehr schnell in die Koffer und checkten aus.
Zwei Tage später rief uns ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels an und teilte uns mit, dass versehentlich die Sachen einer anderen Person in unser Zimmer gebracht worden seien. Er fragte, ob sich diese Gegenstände möglicherweise in unserem Gepäck befinden.
Zu Hause angekommen kontrollierte ich sofort unseren Koffer und stellte fest, dass sich tatsächlich fremde Gegenstände darin befanden. Ich informierte das Hotel umgehend telefonisch und brachte die Sachen persönlich zurück. Gleichzeitig reichte ich auch eine Beschwerde ein.
Später behauptete die Person, der die Sachen gehörten, dass ihre Unterwäsche fehle. Daraufhin kam der Hoteldirektor zu unserem Wohnort, und wir durchsuchten gemeinsam per Videoanruf unseren Koffer sowie unsere Sachen Stück für Stück. Die angeblich fehlenden Gegenstände wurden dabei jedoch nicht gefunden.

Peccato. Ci eravamo andati molti anni fa ed era decisamente un ottimo albergo forse il migliore di Konya. Ora non più.

Il servizio. Lo staff del ristorante non è attento al cliente. L’aver fatto pressione per il check out e aver chiamato in camera 5 minuti dopo il termine.
Il ristorante aperto di domenica con pochi piatti a disposizione e il non averci comunicato che però volendo c’erano altre portate da poter scegliere. Il prezzo troppo alto del ristorante non rispettava la qualità dei piatti. Avevamo chiesto 2 piatti dello stesso tipo, e ce n’è stato portato 1 soltanto secondo loro per 2 persone ma era poco più di 1 porzione, forse 1 e mezza.

Banyoda kalıp sabun yoktu.
Odaya ütü tahtası istedim, tahtayı ters depolamışlar, ucu yerdeki pislikleri toplamıştı.
Mini buzdolabının içine koyulduğu ahap dolapta havalandırma olmadığından dolap içi aşırı ısınmıştı. Bu şekilde mini buzdolabının arıza yapma ve ömrünün kısalması ihtimali var.
Tek kullanımlık terlikler kalitesizdi.
Düğün salonu çıkışında içilen sigaraların dumanı içeriye doluyordu. konuklar rahatsız oldular.

Шикарный, гостеприимный отель. Свой бассейн, люди отдыхают, рядом на футбольном поле играют разновозрастные любители футбола, вокруг отеля прекрасная тенистая дорожка для прогулок собакой , и самое важное для нас было то, что мы можем поселиться в отеле с нашим Golden retriever 💞
Прекрасная звукоизоляция, шикарный видовый ресторан на верхнем этаже :с панорамой на город
