Very pleasant.
Pros:

They obviously invested extra money I got rh windows to reduce road noise. The showers were excellent, having Greta temp, flow, cleanliness and more. The beds were clean and comfortable.
The staff were amazing, very kind, patient and willing to make small adjustments based on our travel needs.

The room wasn’t large. However when getting places in the city it’s to be expected and it wasn’t “too” small

Мне действительно очень хотелось оставить отелю прекрасный отзыв на 5 звёзд, потому что сам отель красивый, атмосфера приятная, а персонал был доброжелателен.
Но, к сожалению, мой опыт проживания в номере, где я провела 2 ночи оказался крайне разочаровывающим.
Две ночи под моими окнами была громкая музыка, шум, крики и ощущение настоящей дискотеки. Я практически совсем не спала. Честно говоря, если бы я заранее знала, что буду платить деньги за бессонные ночи из-за невыносимого шума, я бы никогда не выбрала этот отель. Оказывается, как мне потом объяснили на ресепшен, там действительно по пятницам и выходным дискотека с 00:00 и до утра.
Больше всего меня расстраивает то, что отель знает о том, что по выходным эти номера страдают от сильного ночного шума, но гостей всё равно заселяют туда без какого-либо предупреждения. Мне кажется, это не совсем честно и не очень заботливо по отношению к клиентам.
Это действительно очень жаль, потому что мне хотелось сохранить только положительные эмоции от пребывания в этом отеле. Но после такого опыта мне очень трудно думать о том, чтобы оставить положительный отзыв.
Я искренне надеюсь, что в будущем администраторы отеля пересмотрят подход к размещению гостей в таких номерах, потому что люди приезжают в отель в ожидании отдыха и комфорта.

Great experience and location
Pros:

It is newly renovated property with frindly and helpful staff. Great location to reach from the airport with bus A2. Easy to take metro to other parts of the city.
