Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

We loved the location, the beds were actually really comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were a highlight of the trip!

Gute Lage fußläufig ins French Quartier, der Pool war schön und extra Handtücher waren dort verfügbar.

Cons:

Es ließ sich nicht vermeiden beim Duschen den Flur nass zu machen.Der Vorhang ist zu weit von der Dusche weg.

Séjour trés trés agréable

Chill but not a thrill
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the amenities were well suited, within reasonable walking distance to public transportation and famous landmarks.

Cons:

We understand it's difficult to maintain a historical building but many things needed repair, the lock to our room didn't engage and the management failed to address the security issue within a reasonable time which violated the innkeeper laws. However, they did compensate us for the incident by refunding one night's stay.

Remodelado y muy acojedor
Pros:

Mansion muy acojedora ya que es una casa antigua pero esta remodelada. La habitacion como el baño estaban muy bien, muy espaciosos. Muy bien ubicado y muy limpio. Piscina, jacuzzi y terraza muy agradables. Tienen aparcamento limitado, por lo que si quieres, hay que reservarlo.

Cons:

Solo tres cosas a mejorar: faltaba un mueble en el baño para poder poner el neceser y objetos personales. Nuestra habitacion apenas tenia ventanas (luz exterior). Finalmente la nevera hacia mucho ruido y la tuvimos que parar para poder descansar bien. No habia posibilidad de desayuno, si que puedes encontrar algunos snacks.

Nous ne sommes pas restés et avons demandé le remboursement.

La gentillesse de la réceptionniste qui a contacté Booking afin que nous soyons remboursés. L’efficacité de Booking.

La chambre que nous avions réservée ne correspondait pas du tout à celle que nous avions réservée . Elle se trouvait dans le bâtiment d’en face, entrée exiguë, aucun charme, limite angoissant
La piscine et le coin détente ne correspondent pas du tout aux photos, c’est bétonné . Le tout a besoin d’être sacrément rénové. La piscine se trouve où sont garés les véhicules, c’est très surprenant.
Vous êtes à 20 minutes du French quarter dans un quartier pas terrible pour 140 € la nuit, c’est vraiment hors de prix.

Still had some historic charm. Good location

Cons:

In rained while we were there and the roof leaked pretty badly into the bedroom. However the management set up another room in a separate building and refunded that nights stay. So we were very happy with how it was handled.
