Pros:

Posizione super a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e l'entrata dell'hotel si affacciava su un parco quindi super carino!

Great location. Comfortable bed. Basic room but everything you need. Parking a bonus (if you can find they way in!)

Rozczarowujący pobyt mimo wieloletniej lojalności
Cons:

Od wielu lat zatrzymujemy się w tym hotelu Campanile i do tej pory byliśmy zadowoleni z jakości usług. Niestety, nasz ostatni pobyt był ogromnym rozczarowaniem.
Na zewnątrz panowały ekstremalne upały sięgające 39°C w cieniu. W takich warunkach sprawna klimatyzacja w hotelu powinna być standardem. Niestety, klimatyzacja w pokoju okazała się stara i całkowicie niewydajna – nie była w stanie zapewnić nawet podstawowego komfortu termicznego.
Po zgłoszeniu problemu otrzymaliśmy wiatrak, czyli personel wie o problemie bo był na to przygotowany. Dlaczego centrala nie zajmie się doprowadzeniem obiektu do odpowiedniego standardu?! Doceniamy obniżenie ceny pobytu o 50%, jednak nie rekompensuje to warunków, w jakich musieliśmy przebywać, zwłaszcza podróżując z dzieckiem. Nocleg w przegrzanym pokoju podczas tak wysokich temperatur był bardzo uciążliwy i znacząco wpłynął na komfort naszego wypoczynku.
Najbardziej rozczarowuje fakt, że hotel nie był przygotowany na zapewnienie podstawowych warunków pobytu w okresie letnim. Od obiektu sieciowego oczekiwaliśmy znacznie wyższego standardu oraz sprawnej infrastruktury technicznej.
Dokładając do tego śniadanie składające się z najtańszych, najgorszych produktów, gdzie wkoło jest pełno barów i restauracji składa się na fakt, że z przykrością musimy stwierdzić, że był to jeden z najgorszych pobytów hotelowych, jakich doświadczyliśmy w ostatnich latach. Mam nadzieję, że hotel potraktuje tę opinię poważnie i podejmie działania, aby podobne sytuacje nie spotykały kolejnych gości.
