Per il soggiorno in hotel il voto è passabile diciamo 5 su 10, ma la città di cracovia è bellissima

La posizione è eccezionale, vicino al centro storico ma anche vicino al tram con il quale puoi raggiungere altri posti da visitare, comodissima, la camera era bella i letti comodi.

Cons:

non hanno sistemato la camera e il bagno, era finito il sapone e la carta igenica, alla reception mi hanno spiegato che è una polita dell'hotel risparmiare quindi non si rifanno i letti e non si pulisce la camera per tutto il soggiorno (noi siamo stati 3 notti) e di conseguenza se ti finisce il sapone o la carta igenica come nel nostro caso, occorre chiedere alla reception, ci ha dato un rotolo di carta igenica in mano nella hall dell'hotel, da ridere, è una cosa pazzesca per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva figuriamo per un 4 selle, mentre il sapone non lo hanno rimesso quindi siamo stati senza. Mi raccomando se state più giorni fatevi bastare sia il sapone che la carta igenica: La colazione abbastanza buona e varia, pochissimi dolci ma è normale, il personale veramente poco sorridente sia alla reception che alla sala colazione, per pulire i tavoli della colazione ho dovuto chiedere, tolgono i piatti e i bicchieri dei precedenti ospiti dell'hotel e non puliscono i tavoli per farli pulire occorre nuovamente chiedere, insomma non ci andrò mai più e neanche lo consiglio, solo il giorno della nostra partenza il personale della reception è stato gentile.

A friendly, comfortable and well-located hotel.
Pros:

Great location for access to the Old Town and main railway station. The breakfast selection was great and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Perhaps a more varied hot food selection at breakfast - it was the same each of the four days I was there. Also the in-room refreshments could perhaps be a little better; a bit more tea, for example - currently just one bag of peppermint and one black tea. Also there was creamer instead of milk/uht, which is never very nice in tea.

Ottima posizione a pochi metri dal centro storico.
L'hotel si trova in una strada tranquilla, di fronte ad un parco il che rende la permanenza molto tranquilla senza rumori dalla strada.
