The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that the sauna, fitness centre, and hot tub are not operated as regular inspections on the first Wednesday of every month. (The date may change depending on hotel conditions)

The First Floor Restaurant is open until 22:00.

Please note that the Kid's Playroom and Snooker Room are temporarily closed until further notice.

Children under 6 years old can be accompanied for free, but if there are more than 2 children, the guest has to pay additional KRW 44,000 per night.

1 child under 6 years can stay for free. Additional fee will be incurred if an extra bed is requested.
Additional expenses will be incurred for staying with 2 children under 6 years of age or 1 child over 7 years of age. (Studio rooms can only be shared with one child.)

Please note that toothbrush/toothpaste set and razor are subject to availability for an additional charge of KRW 550 per toothbrush/toothpaste set and KRW 6600 per razor.

It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap when using the swimming pool, and swimming caps can be purchased separately at the hotel.

Really amazing but should have a little bit better soundproof from outside.
Pros:

The localization was great. The rooms were big and the bed and pillows really comfy.

Cons:

The windows are not fully soundproof and, being next to a big avenue, we can somewhat hear the cars honking and specially the train passage way bell.

Très bon hôtel pour explorer Séoul

Bon service, chambre grande et bien fournie

Cons:

La chambre commence à se faire vieille, particulièrement au niveau de la salle de bain (douche assez vétuste et peu pratique et joints noirs)

Pros:

Location was perfect. Apartment was huge. Two toilets and showers were great. New bottled water every day wow! Slippers and robes! Great!!!!

Great location and facilities!
Pros:

The room was huge and it was great to have a studio with a washing machine. The sauna/spa was absolutely fantastic with great hot tubs, sauna, and changing room facilities. Pool and jacuzzi also looked great though we didn't use them. Location was great as well - walking distance to Myeongdong and lots of restaurants in the area. There was also an airport bus stop right outside the hotel which made an early morning wakeup and trip to the airport very easy!

Cons:

Great to have a gym but some equipment was quite dated. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place!

Emplacement proche des transports en commun

Cons:

Chambre d’un autre temps : salle de bain jaunie, support de pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas, le parquet qui s’écarte à de nombreux endroits et qui peut blesser lorsque l’on marche dessus.

Das Hotel hat große Zimmer in Zentraler Lage.
Die Waschmaschine im Zimmer war sehr praktisch.
Der Spa bereich mit Pool, Gym und Sauna war sauber und sehr Angenehm.

Cons:

Das die Lounge Bar im 23.Stock (Rooftop) am Wochenende geschlossen hat.
Der doch etwas zu hohe Preis
