The First Floor Restaurant is open until 22:00.

Please note that the Kid's Playroom and Snooker Room are temporarily closed until further notice.

Children under 6 years old can be accompanied for free, but if there are more than 2 children, the guest has to pay additional KRW 44,000 per night.

1 child under 6 years can stay for free. Additional fee will be incurred if an extra bed is requested.
Additional expenses will be incurred for staying with 2 children under 6 years of age or 1 child over 7 years of age. (Studio rooms can only be shared with one child.)

Please note that toothbrush/toothpaste set and razor are subject to availability for an additional charge of KRW 550 per toothbrush/toothpaste set and KRW 6600 per razor.

It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap when using the swimming pool, and swimming caps can be purchased separately at the hotel.

Lunch and dinner may not be available at a restaurant during weekends and holidays.

A wonderful experience
Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff, who were always very helpful. The room was clean and the room facilities were exactly as described. Very good location with bus stops just outside, and a short walk to some of the main tourist sites. The facilities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus where the sauna was quite professional. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and would be more than happy to stay there again!

Pros:

Very nice 2 bed apartment. Staff were very helpful with information and taxis. 7 minute walk to nearest subway station or 12 minute walk to Seoul Central Station. Would recommend

除了清潔上需要加強，整體上非常舒適。
Pros:

空間大，地點好。
有提供洗劑，洗碗洗衣服都方便。

Cons:

清潔上，感覺像是房間整理好後閒置一個禮拜以上，家具表面有灰塵，床單跟枕頭套也有灰塵跟些許毛髮。

Pros:

Personeel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, roomservice ( ook vegan), locatie top, ov pal voor de deur, winkels in de buurt, veel op loopafstand of bus, taxi ( goedkoop). Voor de rest echt alles aanwezig, magnetron, mini keuken, wasmachine, tv

Cons:

Keuken heeft van die schuif wanden ervoor. Niet altijd handig. Maar klein punt. Wellicht swiffer in de kamer zou fijn zijn. Stopcontact bij bed aan 1 kant aanwezig. Tv zender meer Engelstalige zou fijn zijn, maar je kan casten.

Nice well equiped and quite room.
Pros:

The room was well equipped, and the hotel was nice enough to give us an upgrade (we did not even ask for it). They say it is noisy because of the construction, but inside the room, there is practically no noise.

Cons:

The cleaning was not amazing. We were at the room during cleaning, and it was really really basic. The staff was polite, but it was hard to get anything really clearly. This however may be because I did not understand them well enough.

Overall, my stay was disappointing due to inflexible policies, excessive charges, poor facilities, and an uncomfortable
Pros:

Location is the main one, easy to go around the city from hotel and get to major attractions. Also this is one of the few hotel apartments in Seoul

Cons:

I initially booked a good rate for about a week and requested an extra bed. However, the hotel only provided the extra bed for the first three nights. As a result, I had to shorten my original stay. When I later asked to extend my stay, they were able to provide the extra bed, but the rate for the new booking was significantly higher than the price I had originally secured.

I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and was asked to pay a half-day rate for early check-in. Likewise, when I requested a late check-out of just four hours, I was again charged a half-day rate. While I understand that hotels have policies regarding early check-in and late check-out, the charges felt excessive.

The noise from the nearby construction was unbearable and had a major impact on my stay. In addition, room service was only available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., which was quite limiting.

I stayed in two different apartments during my visit, and both had issues with the bathrooms and overall items were overly used.

I also witnessed a situation involving another guest that I found concerning. The guest had fallen asleep in the reception area, and the hotel called the police instead of attempting to handle the situation more appropriately. In my view, this was an excessive reaction.

Finally, the hotel lobby is very small. When it gets busy, there is hardly any space for guests to sit or wait comfortably.

Pros:

Well kept facilities and Gym. Staff at the reception very helpful and very kind to offer us to use the Spa even before Check in as we came from a long international flight early in the morning. It was greatly appreciated

Cons:

Unfortuntately more.things.than i had expected.for 150€/night. Bed too small (Queen size for 2pax??) and way too hard. My elbow start to Hurt Just from laying on the bed and my shoulder when i went to sleep on the Side for more than 5min. Never seen this from a 4/5 star Hotel. Bathroom uncomfortable as they make three little rooms instead of making one big.room. Difficult for tall people.
Lady at the Pool forced me to wear a bathcap although I have super short Hair. That never happened to me anywhere in my Life. Weird but okay if that's their rules..... I dont Like it though.

Pros:

This was our third stay at this property. As always, the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and open living space. The kitchen had a refrigerator and small freezer and a stove top for cooking. As a family we enjoyed the free indoor swimming pool (great on rainy days) and the use of the sauna (no extra fee.) The subway is within easy walking distance and there is a bus stop directly across the street, making daily excursions convenient.

Cons:

A broom and dustpan would be a welcome addition for tidying/spills. The kitchen could use some additional cooking tools and cleaning sponges.

心地よい食の旅
Pros:

最近の常宿になっています。
チェックイン時に関する事前のリクエストにも応えたいただき、スタッフの方の対応は、フレンドリーで親切でした
立地良し、徒歩圏内に美味しいお店も沢山あります
いどうさはバスを利用しましたが、バス停目の前で便利です
お部屋は設備も整っており、居心地良く、生活するような旅を楽しめました

Cons:

特にないが、強いて言えば、お掃除がやや手抜きな感じがしました
