Richtig schicke und moderne Unterkunft ! Man sieht dass ordentlich renoviert wurde.
Die Essens Auswahl ist auch riesig und richtig gut. Ich kann die A-La-Carte Restaurants sehr empfehlen! Der Pool ist riesig, es gibt auch Liege Möglichkeiten direkt am Wasser. Das Personal ist nett. Und die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind auch super.

Cons:

Ab und zu sind viele Ameisen in der gesamten Anlage unterwegs.

Posto incantevole. Ottimo soprattutto per le famiglie. Spazi verdi molto curati e quiete assoluta. Diversi però sono i punti da migliorare.

Diversi sono i punti da migliorare:
1. Sistemazione camera durante il soggiorno. Non è possibile che in un resort a 5 stelle la camera non venga riordinata quotidianamente. Per richiedere la sistemazione, ho dovuto chiamare io la reception.
2. Frigobar in camera. In un resort a 5 stelle mi aspetto di avere il frigobar sempre pieno con ampia scelta di prodotti. Quello presente in camera era vuoto!
3. Qualità del cibo al ristorante Mediterra. E' vero che si tratta pur sempre di un buffet ma il livello del cibo offerto dovrebbe essere comunque alto e non quello di una mensa universitaria.
4. Numero postazioni ritiro teli. Per una famiglia che passa principalmente il suo tempo nella piscina baby, è veramente molto scomodo dover fare centinaia di metri per ritirare i teli mare, essendo la postazione più vicina presente soltanto nella piscina principale.
5. Carenza di personale. Soprattutto la sera nel bar Lime, mi è sembrato un pò tutto improvvisato. C'erano soltanto una cameriera e un barista a dover gestire tutti gli ospiti e tutti i tavoli erano occupati. Inoltre il barista era palesemente occasionale in quanto non sapeva distinguere un rum da un whisky.
Potrei riassumere il tutto dicendo che le potenzialità ci sono, ma se si vuole veramente essere al livello dichiarato, bisogna migliorare tanto.

Het was een prachtig resort heel mooi gelegen. De padel en tennisvelden waren niet in goede staat maar het zwembad, de mooie uitzichten en vriendelijke personeel maakten dat goed. Goed om volledig ontspannen terug te komen.

Die weitläufige Anlage in der Natur, toller Pool, Olivengarten bei Nacht, Pool, Sonnendeck, die beiden kleinen Einstiege ins Meer, Frühstück

Cons:

Überfordertes Personal egal wo. Das hinterläßt ein ungutes Gefühl wenn man merkt wie sie alle schuften und nicht nachkommen. Mehr Personal ist dringend notwendig. Tische nicht abgeräumt, lange Schlangen beim Kaffee und an der Bar.
Wege nicht beleuchtet, beim Abend Buffet muss für €45 mehr geboten werden, alle Speisen in Warmhaltebehältern, kein show cooking, Pizzeria und Restaurant wenig Auswahl.
Ohne Auto geht gar nichts. Das Sonnendeck ist alt, ohne Schuhe gefährlich

Дуже велика територія, все доглянуто, красиво, багато різної зелені і квітів, особливо олівковий садок неймовірно затишне і приємне місце. Я не змогла обійти весь готель за три дні. Спорт майданчик, фітнес центр, йога, дитячий майданчик і розваги. Прексраний великий басейн, ще один дорослий басейн. Сніданки - прекрасні, смачні і різноманітні, є піцерія на обід і суші, і смачні салати і бургери біля басейну, обід в головному ресторані - 45 євро\особу. Море - скали , треба брати резинове взуття і все прекрасно, чисте і ніжне, особливо сподобався секретний пляж і морський басейн. Працівники - головна перевага готелю, всі відкриті, стараються, усміхненні , цікавляться тобою чи все у тебе добре , чи всім ти задоволений, сильний тім білдінг в команді, молодці, браво! Ваш власник може пишатися командою! Щоденно продумані програми для гостей. Вечірні концерти живої музики - шикарно! Ви зробили цей відпочинок - гармонійним, спокійним, прекрасним, безмежно вдячна.

Не сподобалась Катанія - місто брудне і занедбане, як можна так не любити своє місто, щоб перетворити з нього великий смітник, облізлі стіни будівель, страшно було там перебувати , і ми втікли до нашого готелю, де нас чекав концерт живої музики, смачне просеко із піцою. Дуже раджу 40 хв від готелю Сіракуза - яке миле, приємне, задбане і чисте містечко.
