Pros:

La facilité d'accès depuis l'autoroute (très appréciable pour une ville de cette taille). L'équipement de la chambre. L'amabilité du personnel. Le confort général de l'hôtel. Le parking.

Cons:

Peut-être un peu loin du centre historique (mais ça reste faisable à pied)

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, śniadania urozmaicone

Cons:

Niestety kolejny raz prosiłam personel o wcześniejsze zameldowanie czyli koło 13:15, dzwoniłam godzinę przed przyjazdem i tradycyjnie otrzymałam odpowiedź nie ma takiej możliwości. Czasami warto wyjść klientowi na przeciw.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr schöne Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Trotz der zentralen Lage und Zimmer zur Straße nachts sehr ruhig. Das Frühstückbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. In ca. 15 Gehminuten ist man im absoluten Zentrum (Kulturpalast, zentrale Mall, Bahnhof), aber Restaurants und kleine Shops findet man schon direkt vorm Hotel.

Cons:

In der Badewanne war keine Duschstange, was das Duschen etwas unkomfortabel macht (sowieso wären Duschkabinen vielleicht die bessere Wahl gewesen).

W UPALNE DNI KLIMATYZACJA NIE WYRABIA - jest zaduch i za ciepło.
Pros:

Nocuję w tym hotelu wiele razy i za każdym razem wystawiam najwyższe oceny. Tym razem jednak będzie inaczej.

Cons:

Przyszło mi nocować w upalne dni w Warszawie - prawie 40 stopni.
NIESTETY pomimo dość wysokiej tego dnia ceny za dobę, KLIMATYZACJA pokojów jest ŚLADOWA i ledwie działa - po prostu się nie wyrabia! Ledwo wieje powietrzem ledwo chłodnym.
Płacąc niemal 600 zł za dobę musiałem spać i funkcjonować w temperaturze pokoju której nie dawało się zbić poniżej 27 stopni! A hotel poleca się jako niby mający klimę. Dla mnie - osoby zimnolubnej - komfortowa temperatura to 20, ma 22 stopnie.
Przy 27 nie mogłem się wyspać, a w pokoju panował zaduch.

W tej sytuacji ocena 4/10 i tak jest wyrozumiała.

Until my trip to Warsaw I didn’t know about the Louvre Hotel Groups. I’m going to stay at the GTH during my next trip.
Pros:

Well located, friendly and helpful personnel. I loved their breakfast. It has everything and beyond. Nice interiors, free drinking water supply 24/7 with a choice of temperature is very good contribution to the environment.

Przez pomyłkę dokonano podwójnej rezerwacji, program zawiesił się w momencie dokonywania płatności, a następnie zapłacono dwukrotnie... zarówno hotel, jak i booking.com odmówiły bezpłatnego anulowania jednej z nich... Problem ten do dziś nie został rozwiązany... To bardzo smutne, że partnerzy tak traktują lojalnych klientów(((

فندق جميل إفطار رائع جدا موقع جيد جدا إلى المحطة المركزية 15 دقيقة مشيا.

Cons:

الموظفين في بار الفندق غير ودودين، دخلنا الفندق وكان معنا مشروب وصادف مباراة لكأس العالم، وجلسنا نشاهد المباراة فطلبوا منا المغادرة، وفي اليوم التالي طلبت منهم فتح المباراة ورفض المسؤول بحجة أن المكان لم يمتلئ، مع أنهم وضعوا شاشة كبيرة من أجل كأس العالم.
