Could have been a great stay
Pros:

Location was close to the convention centre, which was an important part as this was a business trip.
Close to the city, but this is applicable to other place to stay nearby as well.
Air-con was functioning well. Small bedroom had a table fan.
Had small packs of shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea and sugar as well as 2 packets of milk in the fridge, which was handy.

Cons:

Reception was not open at 4pm, getting into the building was tricky initially.
The advertisement mentioned availability of laundry detergent but this was not the case when I contacted reception.
The price paid was fairly dear for the state of the unit, >$200/night. Bathroom looked run down.
I requested a receipt/invoice twice , yet to get one as this was a business trip.

Magnifique étape d'une semaine à Cairns
Pros:

- appartement très spacieux avec l'air conditionné dans toutes les pièces
- lave linge et sèche linge dans la salle de bain
- tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner
- parking souterrain privé
- emplacement parfait, près des centres commerciaux, des marchés, de la plage et sa promenade

Cons:

RAS, tout était parfait et nous reviendrons dans cette résidence si nous revenons à Cairns.
