Agréable
Pros:

Un établissement agréable, accessible et bien desservi, situé à huit minutes de la mer à Honfleur et à trente minutes de Deauville. L'hôtel est propre et bien équipé (micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, distributeurs de boissons chaudes et de gâteaux, ainsi qu'une petite terrasse permettant de prendre son repas en toute tranquillité).
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable. Le personnel est très souriant, rien à signaler.

Prix abordable.

Cons:

La réservation sur le site de booking précisait que l’arrivée à l’hôtel était possible dès 14 h. Or, à notre arrivée, la réception s’est avérée fermée jusqu’à 17 h. Un automate était certes mis à disposition pour régler la chambre par carte bancaire, mais nous ne disposions que de chèques vacances. Nous avons donc dû patienter à l’extérieur de l’établissement en attendant qu’un réceptionniste se présente.

Il conviendrait que cette information soit mentionnée sur Booking. Nous aurions ainsi pu organiser notre arrivée en conséquence.

The service, we went to the hotel. It was an automatic check in system, which would be fine if it would work. Unfortunately is didn’t so we went to get an employee. When we explained what was going wrong she acted like we were stupid and wasn’t very helpful. After trying again 3 times and kept pushing her for help she would check us in herself.
