Pros:

Het mooie uitzicht bij het hotel en de faciliteiten

Cons:

De taxi was onbetrouwbaar en heel duur er was maar 1 taxi chauffeur en die vroeg voor korte stukjes veel geld kwam te laat maakte afspraken met meerdere mensen tegelijk en reed onveilig.

Beautiful setting on top of a hill. Restaurant was fantastic with beautiful food

Cons:

Property starting to get dated and worn out. Appears only basic maintenance/upkeep conducted. Very little info about the resort provided at check in, all info conveyed verbally by receptionist, but no written information in room. Advertises pool bar but this was never open during my stay except for one day. When it was open, options for ice cream/snacks not available because freezer was broken apparently despite being full of ice cream (could see it over the bar)

Lo spa é un po piccolo, la sauna e la vasca erano molto piccole per la struttura. Non c’era tanta comodità per chi porta un bambino piccolo.

A localização é estratégica e fica perto de vários pontos turísticos . E uma edificação linda que precisa de alguns reparos porém isso não prejudicou a estadia. O péssimo atendimento da recepção foi amenizado pelo excelente atendimento dos funcionários do restaurante. Gostaria de citar o senhor Cláudio , que foi de uma amabilidade impar e que conseguiu melhorar minha visão do hotel como um todo. Os pratos do restaurante também são deliciosos, todos os que provamos estavam muito saborosos ( não éramos de meia pensão ).
Vale citar que estive neste hotel em 2010 e quis voltar justamente devido à beleza desse lugar. Uma pena que o serviço e o staff não permaneceram com a mesma qualidade

Odiei a recepção principalmente o atendimento do Sr Nicolo em nossa chegada na tarde do dia 11/05/2026, após 5 horas de viagem de carro . Quando chegamos não havia ninguém na recepção. Nos viram lá parados mas não vinham fazer nosso checkin . Quando finalmente vieram o atendimento foi medíocre. Pedimos ajuda com a bagagem e ele disse que não podia ajudar, apontou com o dedo tentando sinalizar um carrinho para as malas. Este não foi o único incidente com a recepção: toda vez que precisávamos não tinha ninguém lá …
Outro ponto ruim do hotel é o café da manhã : bem fraco . Poucas opções e se voce demorar acabam ou ficam muito frias …

Eine Top- Lage und eine wunderschöne Anlage.
Einen kleinen Wellness- Bereich gibt es auch mit tollem Panorama- Blick. Gleiches gilt für den Pool. Alles super gepflegt, sauber und toll eingerichtet.
Selbst das normale Doppelzimmer ist herrschaftlich.
Der Check-Inn war super nett, die Dame hat uns alles klasse erklärt.

Cons:

Das restliche Personal !!! Check- Out: Extrem langsam und hat uns erst einmal am Tresen stehen lassen, wie … Die Dame beim Frühstück war extrem lustlos und kam mit nachfüllen nicht hinterher. Es wird ein Unterschied zwischen Einheimischen und Deutschen gemacht. Beide deutsche Paare wurden als einzigste nicht nach Kaffeewünsche gefragt.
Das Abendessen als Menü, war sagen wir mal so - unterdurchschnittlich…kann man sich sparen.

Siamo stati veramente bene, struttura molto grande, lussuosa, camera spaziosa e comoda. Incredibile la cena, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. La spa un po' minimal ma curata.

Nice hotel if you want to snuggle with your partner, bring your own big blanket so you can snuggle

Staying in the Black Forest is where we wanted to stay. The rooms were very clean and nice.

Cons:

I did not like how uncomfortable the beds were and that each bed in our room had its own blanket so sharing a queen bed that has a split down the middle with each having our own twin size blanket. I didn’t really care for.

La zona benessere è troppo piccola per l'affluenza di ospiti in una giornata tipo il sabato, quando siamo stati noi. Inoltre gli spogliatoi sono di una dimensione completamente inadeguata sempre per la quantità di persone presenti specialmente alle ore di punta,tipo prima del pranzo. Sono stata costretta a venire via dalla doccia a malapena vestendomi e senza asciugare i capelli
