جدآ صغير وتوجد رائحه كريها في الغرفه
ولاتوجد مراوح والجو حار وحتى منتصف الليل الكثير من الاشخاص يتكلمون بصوت عال

Très vieux. Il y a encore des cendriers au bord du lavabo de la sdb. Pas du tout insonorisé. Très bruyant. Environnement de l'hôtel digne d'une déchetterie.

Do banheiro

J'avais qu'une serviette mais après demande à l'accueil on m'en a donné une donc très bien.

Staff are not friendly or helpful, the rooms are tiny and uncomfortably hot, they have no air con or fans! Very noisy you can hear everything from other rooms & people outside!

The rooms are run down, bathroom doors rotting away at the bottom, sinks cracking and small holes all over the room floor!
Breakfast is advertised with rolls, jam croissants ect but there was hardly anything there… the juice had yet again run out and told none left, there is no other drinking facilities (even in the room) and the vending machines do not work!

It was like emergency accommodation the council might use to rehome people temporarily. We had our train home cancelled so had to find somewhere to stay, someone in our group suggested the Première Class Chelles as it was cheap and provided a bed. However the issues started before we arrived because the link for directions from booking.com took us to completely the wrong place 2km away. Once we arrived at the hotel the check in was straight forward enough but the room was like a sweat box, there wasnt even a fan to help move air. Everyone was in their room with the doors wide open because of the heat. As a consequence all the cigarette smoke also ended up in our room.

The bathroom was essentially a tiny plastic pod which was so old everything was yellow and the surface of the sink was literally peeling and cracked. There was mould all around the soap dispenser (which was virtually empty) and every time we showered the water ran under the door (which didn't close properly) into the bedroom. The towels provided were so small they didn't even wrap around my 12yr old.

Everything in the room was damaged in some way or another.

We tried to get some water, the vending machine wouldn't accept card and I had barely enough change. the receptionist tried to get some water from the breakfast fridge but it had frozen so she shrugged and put it back. A kind gentleman (not sure if worked or stayed there) helped me with getting a euro from the receptionist so that I could get a bottle of water.

The breakfast was very basic but was fresh.

If you literally want a place to rest your head for a night and you don't mind noisy, hot boxes you can't swing a cat in then the Première Class is for you, just don't be surprised when it doesn't live up to its name!!

J'ai demandé d'être remboursée c'est accepté mais je n'ai pas eu le virement encore
