Le personnel de cette établissement est médiocre il parle mal limite il t’insulte , prenne des caution pour 15 minute de retard . Il mon pris toute ma caution car j’ai quitter 15 minute en retard et en plus elle parle mal je lui demande de m’envoyer un document que j’ai signer par mail elle ne veut pas et me dit qu’elle ne me l’enverra pas sans parler de l’odeur d’excrément dans la chambre volet qui ne marche pas

Pros:

Absolument rien .

Cons:

sale, très sale, bruit toute la nuit des occupants des chambres voisine et aucune intervention des personnes de l accueil.

De plus, présence de punaises de lit . J'ai des boutons et des piqûres sur tous le corps.

Je vais faire remonter l'information aux services de l'hygiène
