Good stay and helpful staff
Pros:

Clean room, smelt good. Staff were very helpful with responding to my emails and arranging my late check in.

Pros:

Chambre prise avec climatisation sur le site , après avoir payé la chambre , un mail reçu disant qu il n y avait pas de clim pas cool du tout car chambre prise non remboursable.
Il serait judiciaire d enlever sur votre annonce qu il y a la clim car ce n est pas le cas . Et avec les chaleurs de cet été, ce n est pas simple de dormir dans un 1er classe sans la clim.
Dommage.
Sinon le reste était très correct

Dostałam informację, że jest alert o upałach w rejonie i zostałam uprzedzona, że w pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji, a jest tylko coś co wygląda jak klimatyzacja, a jest tylko nawiewem/wiatrakiem.

Cons:

Było słabo posprzątane.
Recepcja w hotelu obok - nie cały personel mówił po angielsku.

Ja dostałam informację o tym, że recepcja jest w hotelu obok na e-mail, niestety brak tej informacji na drzwiach hotelu i niektóre osoby szukały/pytały co zrobić by się dostać do pokoju (bo urządzenie do rejestracji samodzielnej nie działało i na nim niestety nie było żadnej informacji).

Pour une courte nuit fait l’affaire..

Le personnel étais pas du tout aimable et non pas fait leurs travail correctement devait rapporter une serviette et un oreiller pour notre fille chose qui n’a pas étais faite donc la pauvre a dû dormir sans oreiller … , chambre du bas condamné donc pour les personne en situation d’handicap devoir monter des escaliers non correct.

L’emplacement idéale pour mon cas

Cons:

Chambre envahie d’insectes, clim cassée pendant la canicule c’était horrible, fréquentations du lieu on ne se sent pas forcément en sécurité d’être seule,
Et surprise de l’urine dans les toilettes à mon arrivée !
