Categories

Cleanliness
6
Several guests reported poor cleanliness: insect infestations (ants, cockroaches, large grasshopper), stains on sheets and general cleanliness issues in some rooms.
Service
9
Mostly positive reception comments (friendly, courteous staff, offered a fan on arrival); however there are isolated negative reports (ironic receptionist response about bedding, unresolved double-payment issue).
Location
9.5
Repeatedly praised across reviews as a very good/convenient location.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed quality: some rooms described as nice, but multiple complaints about cramped sleeping arrangements for families, old/worn bedding, broken fixtures, and rooms without air conditioning making them uncomfortable.
Amenities
6.5
Notable lack of amenities for some guests: no air conditioning in many rooms, no extra/rollaway beds available, broken blinds/lamps and limited in-room comforts.
Value for Money
8.5
Mixed perceptions: several guests mention good value/quality-price ratio, while others feel it's overpriced given the issues; overall leans positive due to price comments.
Food and Beverage
6
Breakfast received negative remarks (one review explicitly advises to avoid); limited positive mention of food/beverage offerings.
Overall Experience
8.8
Overall mixed but more positive than negative: strong location and generally cordial staff improve stays, though cleanliness, pests and lack of amenities detract for several guests.
