No regresamos a este hotel.

no dejamos de sorprendernos con la falta de mantenimiento del hotel:

Desde la llegada con poca información proporcionada:
No mencionan que no hay valet pero el personal lo "ofrece".
Nos asignaron una habitación sucia que hasta se veía ocupada, por lo que tuvimos que bajar al Lobby para que nos asignaran una nueva habitación.
La habitación no estaba terminada ya que Ama de Llaves subió para entregarnos un jabón de mano.
En el gimnasio encontramos cucarachas.
La comida y el servicio en su buffet, de muy baja calidad.
No hay seguridad en el estacionamiento, regresábamos al hotel y un repartidor de Uber se subió al elevador con nosotros y yo ya había seleccionado nuestro piso, el repartidor quiso bajarse en nuestro piso y yo lo detuve, tuvimos que bajar al lobby donde le pedí que se bajara del elevador y solicitara ayuda en la recepción.
El mantenimiento de las habitaciones esta sub par, el AC produce mucho ruido y el drenaje del lavabo esta tapado.
Ningún Gerente tuvo la atención de buscarnos y mandaron al Concierge (que por cierto, muy amable y atento)
