Amazing stay for discover Fingers Lake
Pros:

Amazing hotel, clean and quiet room, perfect location. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Very friendly staff. Hotel backyard is cozy and comfy. We were traveling with our cat and everything went smoothly, they even have special door sign for room with pets! It was so hard to find a place that allows living with cat, so this is incredible

Cons:

Breakfast was not that great, though. Limited choice and not enough plates and forks sometimes. But overall, it wasn't bad

The facility was WAY OVER-PRICED.
Pros:

The breakfast staff were enthusiastic, but the food was marginal. Overall hotel location was poor.

Cons:

Did NOT like that the facility was "pet friendly". For those of us with allergies, the "deep cleaning" that is described after a dog visit is not good enough. Dog barking at 7:30 AM is unacceptable.

Spacious rooms and decent value for money
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean, with great facilities. The bed was really comfortable and the location was perfect for our stay.

The foyer where breakfast was served was nice..

Overall it was good value for money and a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The breakfast set up and options were disappointing. The staff weren't overly interested, and a little rude when we asked if there were more coffee cups: told "when people return them we can wash them".

It was also disappointing to see plastic plates and cutlery, and small pieces of fruit served in plastic cups.

Overall it didn't feel like a really welcoming atmosphere or the high standard I would expect from a Hilton.

A lovely hotel in the area. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The service was courteous and we also really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommend.

My stay was very nice and a couple of things could have been better.
Pros:

I liked how big and clean the room was.

Cons:

The elevator was in a hidden spot that had me unsure of where to find it at times. The hotel hot tub was not hot at all.

Hilton standards for room and aesthetics.

Cons:

Staff attitude, especially someone saying that we don’t prepare breakfast for someone coming at 9:15 AM.
It contradicts official timeline of 6:30-9:30 am communicated at the front desk.
Additionally, they need to be informed that this facility is far off from downtown and hence guests do not have the option to go out for breakfast and come back.
