Pros:

Hilton standards for room and aesthetics.

Cons:

Staff attitude, especially someone saying that we don’t prepare breakfast for someone coming at 9:15 AM.
It contradicts official timeline of 6:30-9:30 am communicated at the front desk.
Additionally, they need to be informed that this facility is far off from downtown and hence guests do not have the option to go out for breakfast and come back.

מלון נחמד קרוב בנסיעה ברכב לאוניברסיטה ולמפלים.

Cons:

מיטות לא כל כך נוחות. ספה נפתחת בסלון ממש לא נוחה לשינה. יש רעש מהכביש החל מ6 בבוקר, לא מאוד רציני אבל למי שסובל מרעש זה מפריע לשינה.

The front desk team's warm, welcoming smiles really made my day.
Pros:

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay here! The place is exceptionally clean and very welcoming. A special highlight was the complimentary Wednesday dinner, which was fantastic, and the breakfast is also quite good. Highly recommended!
