I would stay again.
Pros:

Traveled with a big family and pets. The workers were all very nice and helpful the hotel is super clean and well kept! The breakfast was until reasonable times which let people sleep in some. It was a comfortable area to eat aswell. The value was great and I highly recommend.

Cons:

The pool temp was really cold and the hot tub wasn’t that hot. It could use a little better up keeping and the floor didn’t have much protection for kids , my child slipped.

Disappointed in stay for the price. Stayed in July everything was good, seems to have been neglected past few months

Location, grounds well kept. Pool

Cons:

Hot tub and kid pool out of order, shut down and roped off. Entry door 2 nd floor was zipped tied, always unlocked and not secured to guest only entry. Hot tub in room had like warm water only. Cabinet door broken, patched holes in wall’s unpainted. Chips in coffee table, couch was warn out. No dining table in suite.

I will not be staying in this hotel again. It did not meet my personal expectations.
Pros:

The location was very convenient! The breakfast was not bad! The suite room was very spacious.

Cons:

The room was not clean properly for check in. It had dog hair everywhere. Many maintenance issues. The hot tub was not working, which was one of the reasons I even rented the hotel for. Hallways were dirty. When the housekeeping came to clean my room while I stayed, they did much better with cleaning.

I like the location because it’s close to everything that a traveller needs. Close to shops, trails, lakes, restaurants and tourist spots.

Cons:

Whenever i pick a hotel when traveling, it must have an indoor pool for my kids. The slide is great but i was disappointed that the hot tub was closed. The pool area is closed up that there is no vent, our eyes watered and we can barely breathe due to strong chlorine smell. It made us feel nauseous. I went up to the room with a headache.

Pros:

I really enjoyed all of it. Clean, classy, not bougie but nice enough for comfort. Its absolutely perfect and we will be coming back for sure!

Cons:

Only thing was kiddie pool was down and my grandson would have loved that but I also understand things happen beyond our control.
