Earwigs kept us awake
Pros:

The room with 3 queen beds was great. The pool was great.

Cons:

There were a ton of bugs in the room - harmless earwigs, but scared my child and kept her awake. Room was otherwise very clean.

Not the greatest place.
Pros:

Location was quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

Plumbing was a problem. The bathroom sink was not draining and when we notified the front desk we were handed a plastic snake to unclog it ourselves. When showering in the morning the same thing happened in the tub. This time maintenance came.

Noticed a mouse trap in the dining area at breakfast.

Met our needs perfectly.
Pros:

Eggs and sausage were often cold.

Cons:

They need to get fitted sheets that are sized to fit the depth of the king mattress properly. The sheet kept popping off at the corners when I was sleeping.

Didn't enjoy the stay, expensive for what was offered. Will never book again.

On check in, I was charged the full amount for the stay even though I said I was going to pay in cash. I was also told I was only charged $10 for a deposit. Housekeeping and staff didn't go into my room after I told them to stop by and get more towels and make bed. They never came after they said they would. Bed was uncomfortable and always had a slight musty smell, water pressure was horrible and no soap bottles available

Bad time at hotel
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and my room was great. Breakfast was also a nice touch.

Cons:

I didn't like how much chlorine smell was inside the pool and spa area. It was so strong it burned my eye's. Also wasn't happy with the fact that a whole family, which consisted of about 40 people took over the pick net tables and all the grills. They also set up a full wide movie screen. U couldn't even use anything over in that area at all. I left a day earlier because of all of that.

Pros:

It was very convenient for shopping and a quick trip to downtown lake George. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The Toilet clogged and the guy working the desk handed me a plunger. The kiddie pool had a big sign that said do not use so that was a bit disappointing for my two year old

Pros:

The pool/warterslide is great, kids loved it. The playground out back was a hit for the kids too. We had a suite and I loved the setup, it gave enough room for the whole family.

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t top tier, other than that it was decent. Prices go up in the summer drastically, but we had gotten a great deal this time.
