La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lake George

It's unfortunate that there isn't a option tp have an evening meal at the hotel, even if it was just a toasted sandwich or simple pizza etc.
Arriving late at the hotel, I then needed to venture out again for a meal.
My room was equipped with a kitchenette but there wasn't any wash up up liquid or cloths to wash used dirty dishes. These were not washed by house keeping during my stay which isn't expected, but it would have good to clean up after myself.... unless I missed it.

Constant noise from kids slamming doors, not clean

La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer. Il y avait plusieurs taches sur les couvertures et les tables de chevet n'avaient pas été nettoyées. Nous avons trouvé des papiers des anciens clients qui étaient avant nous dans la chambre sur le tapis. Les murs, la cage d'ascenseur et les tapis du passage étaient vraiment sales. Il y avait des traces de saletés partout dans l'hôtel! Nous avons aussi été déçus du déjeuner. Le café goûtait l'eau et il n'y avait aucun changement de menu à chaque jour. Nous avons connu nettement meilleur dans d'autres hôtels du genre. Malheureusement pour nous et les autres clients de l'hôtel, il y a eu aussi beaucoup de tapage jusqu'à minuit samedi soir dans le stationnement de l'hôtel. Une bande d'adolescentes jouaient au football dans le stationnement à travers les voitures des clients et elles ont hurlé pendant plus d'une heure. Le personnel n'est jamais intervenu et lorsque nous nous sommes présentés à la réception de l'hôtel, personne n'était en poste pour nous répondre. Nous avons donc dû retourner à notre chambre et attendre que le bruit cesse.

Les draps et couverture étaient tachée . Vraiment mal insonorisé.

The pool area needs a serious update. My daughter and I went into the pool for 5 minutes and got out. It stunk like funk. The stones walking up to the pool are slimy, the slide has brown streaks that looks like 💩, though I'm sure it's hard water, and the pool, and kiddy pool need to be repainted as that are both chipping.

The hot water for showers were not very hot- more like Luke warm- multiple families we stayed with reported same concern

The slide was absolutely disgusting it had brown stains on both side the pool has chipping paint all over it. We had a suit and no dish soap was provided nor pots or pans. Our sheet had a what looked like urine stain on it not from us. The ac was broken they switched our rooms to a completely different room then we had we had a king suit for the floor space due to my toddler and dog being able to run around, we had a spa tub in that room as well. We got switched to two “queen” bed room with no floor space for my child and dog the bathroom was a normal bath tub. And that ac was broken as well the metro kept reading”error” . The front desk women was extremely rude short tempered and didn’t give me a chance to speak when switching rooms. She was beyond rude. we had another la Quinta for next weekend.. we quickly cancelled that one as soon as we checked out of this one. We will never be nor suggesting to anyone to stay at this branch of hotels.

Staff also gave my information to another party under same last name thinking it was my family..and microwave was absolutely disgusting not from us we refused to eat there

Nost the games in game room didn't work and noo bacon ??? It was sausage everyday , for 3 days , bacon should be in the mix every other day or something!!

Definitely the hot tub water could have been hotter I like to get in and soak to help with my aches and pains, was not hot enough for that 🙂‍↕️ and I would have like breakfast to be served till 10:00 a.m.

The ice machine wasn't working on our floor. Also the packets provided with sugar, creamer and straws were half opened and missing sugar and straws.

The room was not ready for occupancy. Fridge didn't work, ice machine was unplugged, as were several lights in room. Carpet was filthy, shower floor was stained and mildewed like crazy. Used plastic fork with dried rotten food And mold. Was found under heater.

Had to by $50 of cleaning supplies to address situation. Why let the same people who let it slide fix it? Clearly they are not very good at it.
