A wonderful stay, as usual
Pros:

Love the location and accommodations. I stop here when I travel I95 from MA to the South. It’s about 10-15 mins away from highway. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. I’m able to bring my pup with me. Next door to restaurants and close to stores. Wonderful beds!!!!

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms have always been neat and clean, except for our last visit. There was visible dirt, and hair on the soap dish under the sealed bar soap. Otherwise, just normal wear and tear.

Exceptional experience!!!!
Pros:

Love the property’s location! It’s surrounded by great restaurants and the best shopping spots! I would choose this Hotel over and over again every visit to Fayetteville!

Cons:

Everything was perfect except for this one young lady who had a snappy attitude whenever I called to inquire about the cancellation policy- I wish I knew her name… Other than her, everyone else was very nice and respectful especially the lady at the desk during checkout!

Bad Experience in Fayetteville, NC
Pros:

Located just down the street from the mall and where my property is located.

Cons:

Jacuzzi was not working upon arrival, and after 12 hours drive, I was looking forward to relaxing. And, no mention of maintenance issue during my reservation. NO REFUND!!! TERRIBLE. Third floor hall way had identifiable moldy odor. TV stopped working during night, and the maintenance guys was not avaliable until next day at 8 am. Terrible customer service. WILL NOT COME THERE AGAIN.

Excellent stay on way home from Florida
Pros:

2nd time we have stayed here on drive home from Florida with our dog. We had a very clean and spacious 2 bedroom suite. We checked in after a long 12 hour drive in the car and Sondra who was working the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming and gave us an excellent tip for local restaurant. Marvin who is the General Manager recognized us for being a repeat customer which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend

Pros:

The night overnight front desk was great friendly warm made me feel like a valued guest and deserves commendation. My stay was great. You do however need private security to maintain that optic.

Awesome customer service, nice stay!
Pros:

My stay was great! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly—especially Aaliyah C. She was so nice and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again!
