We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable bed and sofa, and the breakfast was very satisfying. Met our needs for a one night stay in Modesto.

So far, it's our most comfortable spot we've found thus far--all except for the reservation making
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast but my husband did and he liked it. I did have coffee and it was good!

Cons:

Trying to get in touch with a local person to book the room. I don't like AI Jolene. Accents are so thick that it's hard to communicate with booking staff. That part is a turn off and makes us want to stay elsewhere. Making the reservation is horrible as a result.

We only stayed one night but accommodated our 5 people wonderfully

Nice Staff with some upgrades to the facility overall uncomfortable staying again.
Pros:

We arrived late in the evening and waited a bit for someone at the front desk to support us. It was evident she might’ve been busy with another guest or in another area in the hotel. The manager was very nice and check-in went smoothly. The room itself seemed a bit dated. The couch was very dirty and I was unsure if my child should be sleeping in it the bathroom tub had paint sections missing from it and everything seemed just a bit old. The breakfast was pleasant, but the milk was expired and had a bad taste to it. The day managers were also very nice and the staff we encountered throughout the day were very pleasant.

Cons:

Rooms seemed dated, felt a bit uncomfortable overall. Some work needed to the establishment.

Pros:

Really nice fire pit out front was really cool. The pool very big really nice.

Cons:

Staff was rude, judgmental, and arrogant. I had to wait almost a half hour just to be seen and check in my room.
