Wonderful Stay - Will Return for Sure
Pros:

The hotel location is very central with easy access to highway 7 and the 407. The check-in process was quick and efficient, although I was a little disappointed that my early check-in request which was made almost a week in advance was not honored.
The room was clean and comfortable and the beds are so cozy that waking up every morning for breakfast was a challenge. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of 5. It was well appointed with sufficient basic amenities - and the kitchenette was an added plus. Huge fridge with separate freezer, 4 burner stove top, microwave oven, dishwasher and toaster. There is good water pressure in the bathrooms with seamless hot and cold water.
Breakfast selection is very good and the staff are quick to replenish items that quickly disappear. There's scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal and a wide selection of breads including bagels and muffins, with juice and coffee to wash everything down. You will leave the service area, completely full and energized for the day.
The staff are very friendly and courteous - even the backend support staff like the housekeeping staff & maintenance will greet you when they cross paths in the hallways.
I will definitely return to this property and would recommend the property for long family stays.

Cons:

Housekeeping could be a little more attentive - I found the room not cleaned properly on some occassions. On others, supplies like dishwasher pellets and tissue boxes were not replaced. There was a spill in the oven which was not cleaned for almost 2 weeks - housekeeping should inspect and clean the oven as well.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast! Quick check in with friendly staff even tho it was a busy concert night

The perfect place for my niece's wedding.
Pros:

The location, the room has everything you need. Breakfast was great, although I would have loved to have some more fruits. The only fruit offered was a banana.

Pros:

The location to go to the Rogers Stadium was great and the staff was really nice and helpful.
The complimentary breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Our room was next to the elevator. It was really noisy and I have been awaken a few times at night because of it.
The mattress was really soft too.

Bon hôtel près du métro, à 45 minutes du centre-ville
Pros:

Que ce soit près du métro à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Très bon déjeuner. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine complète dans notre chambre.

Cons:

Que ce soit dans un coin très industriel. Donc, rien à pied de l'hôtel. Une zone de construction est juste à côté de l'hôtel donc c'est assez bruyant et le chantier débute assez tôt le matin. On attend l'ascenseur se déplacer de haut en bas même la nuit.
