Everything - this place rocks
no pool or hot tub
The hotel location close to the waterfront, and downtown is great.
The construction and new traffic "features" aka traffic circles from hel.... off I405 are the worst I have ever seen. Who came up with that horror show?

We had a great dinner at The Hearth, and Carly made the experience even better with her friendly, attentive service.
The frozen rosé was a fun surprise. It was light, refreshing, and delicious. We shared several small plates, and the standout was the potato croquettes: light, twice‑baked potatoes with a perfectly crisp fry and a yummy sour‑cream dipping sauce. The meatballs were tender and flavorful, and the Caesar salad was fresh and well‑balanced.
Overall, a cozy spot with great food and excellent service. We’ll happily return.
The Heathman is a great central hub for downtown Kirkland activities. A great place to stay with clean rooms and friendly staff

The only reason I rated the way I did was because our next door neighbors were having loud sex and kept us awake....
We had an amazing stay. The rooms were beautiful and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was delicious.
