Hidden Gem
Pros:

Second stay at hotel for 3 nights in May. It was another perfect and relaxing experience. Big thanks to all staff including Courtney, Victor, Layla, valets, Jon Arissa and of course housekeeping. Everyone was very helpful with questions. Notes: 1. Housekeeping is “on demand”. Just call down with whatever you need-bed changed, more water (glass bottled), towels, whatever so no surprise knocks on door. 2. Valet only for cars (tip as you go or upon leaving). 3. Kirkland Urban next door has lots of restaurants, a few shops, Giant QFC groc and PCC (health food store), indoor golf, fountains and Google offices.

A perfect location in downtown Kirkland
Pros:

We have stayed at The Heathman many times over the last few years, and it is a wonderful hotel. It is located in downtown Kirkland and a short walk to many restaurants and shopping.

My recent stay at the Heathman Hotel
Pros:

I had an extended stay at the Heathman while I was relocating to the area for work. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. John and Wayne at the front desk were super friendly and I really appreciated their service as I was brand new to the area. The room was very large and comfortable, with a small patio. I would highly recommend the Heathman for a great location and great stay in downtown Kirkland.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance

Cons:

I didn't like that we had to use Valet parking every time we came and left hotel in car

Excellent Staff & Service
Pros:

Overall a great visit rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, would not recommend a room so close to elevators due to noise, we were on 2nd floor. Service was great at front desk, everyone was very helpful.

Heathman is a great hotel
Pros:

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond. The room is very nicely appointed and clean. The rooms include coffee maker and kettle. There is not a pool or spa.
