Jeff's Great!
Pros:

Booked 2 rooms for my daughter, son-in-law, 2 young grandkids and myself. Got there before 4:00. Jeff greeted us with a smile and was able to get us an early check in. Very nice clean rooms with kitchenette. Can't beat this location! Grandkids loved the State Railroad Museum and playing in the hotel pool. So convenient to have a complimentary hot buffet breakfast and with 2 little kids, it was nice to be able to bring breakfast upstairs and eat in our room. Noticed Jeff's friendly and professional interactions with other guests and can honestly say he provides great customer service!

Been awhile since last stay here, glad to be back
Pros:

To just park your car and check in the only thing here with a small carport . That's it. Everything else is flat out top notch. Excellent customer service. Easy check in. Room was just what I needed for a great night sleep.

Clean, spacious stay convenient to the Convention Center. Staff were all lovely.
Pros:

Location, staff, and room were great.

Cons:

Common areas and elevators were a little shabby. Breakfast was ok, but I suspect powdered eggs, which don’t taste great, and potatoes were undercooked some days.
