Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

When I made my reservation, I did not realize that there were two locations with asically the same name. Wasn't a big problem. But pretty confusing when they couldn't find my confirmation number because I had gone to the wrong one.

It was okay. But amazing staff.
Pros:

The people where very nice and helpful.

Cons:

It was outdated. Bath tub is not good if you are handicap or have a hard time getting in if you are not even handicap. Needs a remodel for how much we payed.

Prior to my visit I called the property to learn their pet fees and was quoted $10/night. However, when I arrived after a long drive (and after the free cancellation period had passed) the property mentioned there was a $75 pet cleaning fee that had not been disclosed. I complained and signed the paperwork when told I could complain about the fee later to potentially have it reimbursed. However, my signature on that form was the reason for not refunding the cleaning fee. For someone like me who went through all the steps of messaging via Booking and calling to get information on the pet fee, surprising me with it at the time of check-in feels dishonest. I am still waiting for this to be made right.

Enjoyable
Pros:

Staff was very polite, hotel was clean and our rooms were clean. Easy access to shopping & dining. We were able to get adjoining rooms without complications. We were pleased with our stay.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub or free breakfast.
