I was charged for my stay immediately even though it was already paid for. So I was out a $1020 of vacation money right
Cons:

Double charged for a room and was out over a $1000 for the weekend. Huge inconvenience to me and family.

The stay was satisfactory and we will stay again on our next trip to the Meridian/Boise area.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice lighting in the bathroom. Just the right number of pillows. the bonus chair and ottoman were an unexpected touch,

Cons:

I did not like the fact that I could not use cash at the bistro, located in the hotel, for food and drinks. I think what I tip for a drink or meal is between me and the waiter/hostess and no one else.

Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

I had book a single King room through a booking agent. We were given a double queen. They would give us a different room. There was no offer of adjusting the cost. We were in town for the Republican convention and they were listed as a hotel that would be giving a price break. There was no price break. I guess they decidedto not participate. There are lots of hotels in the area so we won't be using them again. Also we were on the top floor with a busy and noisy street right below us. We stayed 2 nights and it wasn't restful either night.

Pros:

The hotel is very clean with a nice lounge/restaurant. The front desk staff was very helpful! The hotel has a indoor heated pool and a laundry room open 24 if you need it. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are good sized.

Loved the beds and pillows

Cons:

They don’t have a restaurant and bar open all day . Also not everyone wants their put charges on a card I would like me to pay cash on smaller items.

Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

When I made my reservation, I did not realize that there were two locations with asically the same name. Wasn't a big problem. But pretty confusing when they couldn't find my confirmation number because I had gone to the wrong one.
