We tried this location and will not return.
Pros:

The location was convenient to our purpose for visiting.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast was cold, noisy hallway, the floor had trash on it when we entered, the parking was far from the entrance.

Great bar and restaurant service. Also airport shuttle very fast.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the hygiene standards. The room was quite dusty and the carpet was stained and dirty. I expected much better for the price.
Guest services staff unprofessional.

The hotel was overpriced for it not to be preforming as it should. The pool was no able to be used and the hot breakfast

Very clean, good breakfast and good restaurant
The location is very cozy

Cons:

The property advertises jacuzzi, even in the pictures of the hotel, but there’s no jacuzzi

And my room had “breakfast included” but after we were done eating breakfast they told me breakfast wasn’t included and I had to pay for it

Fire the front desk manager
Pros:

I booked a full week at the Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport and ended up canceling my entire reservation after day one because of the shockingly poor customer service from the front desk manager. I travel constantly for work, stay at hotels all over the country, and I can honestly say I have never been treated as poorly as I was here on 4-
From the moment I had to deal with the front desk manager, the tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to solve a basic customer issue, they acted as if I was an inconvenience for even asking questions. There was no attempt at empathy, no effort to help, and zero sense that my business mattered. For a major airport hotel that markets itself to business travelers, this level of attitude and disrespect is inexcusable.[visitmaryland +1]
The experience was so bad that I refused to spend another night there, canceled the rest of my week-long stay, and made other arrangements at my own expense. That’s how unacceptable the service was. I don’t say this lightly: if you value being treated with basic respect, I would strongly recommend looking at other hotels near BWI instead.[tripadvisor +1]
1 star, only because zero stars isn’t an option.

Great staff !
Pros:

I wanted to write this review so everyone knows how amazing this hotel is. The guy at the front desk goes above and beyond for the visitors of this hotel. The pool is great. The gym is clean. The rooms are clean. It’s a very convenient location and they have a shuttle to the light rail. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location. Just a short drive to our venue. The staff was very friendly and they had a well light parking area so you felt very safe.

Airport hotel with executive lounge open on weekends.
Pros:

Although this is a smaller airport hotel, I enjoyed its business class amenties. Shuttle will take you to/from airport but also Amtrak or nearby businesses as well when available. The executive lounge floor rooms have bathrobes and lounge is open on weekends. And unlike a few other BWI airport hotels, the Sheraton pool was open. Small gym but decent with newer equipment.
