We had a good time. Everyone was very friendly.

The breakfast was fantastic. The kitchen staff did an amazing job. Thank you.

Cons:

I took my kids to the pool, but there was a sign that said it was closed so I spoke to the receptionist and it turned out. It wasn’t closed after all. It was fixed promptly.

Great location, clean comfortable room with best ever breakfast.
Pros:

Nice location not next to major traffic noise. The complimentry breakfadt was exceptional with staff very friendly. Shower was great and air conditioningworked very well.

Cons:

Slow elevator....even for just 4 floors. Minor inconvenience.

Pros:

Magdalena was exceptionally helpful and very efficient during our breakfast. I complimented her on how nice everything was laid out. Much appreciated. There really should be more people just like her in customer service
