POOL, I was told prior to my stay that the pool was up and running. When I checked in they told me that the pool was closed.
Breakfast: small section conceding they get a lot of bus tour traffic.
Rooms: were not up to par. Cracks in the walls
Nice breakfast
The staffs are so incompetent. I reserved 3 rooms for 6 kids, me and my husband. They gave me 1 room and they said that booking.com canceled the other two rooms. So they said that either I have to pay for another two rooms or we have to leave. With 6 kids, where should I go?
I asked them to figure out and I was going to pay for another two rooms. They finally figured it out that I indeed has all 3 rooms at the end. But it took more than 1 h and we were all exhausted. We ended up get into the room well after midnight.
I liked this hotel because the rooms clean and beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is decent. But this type of experience really makes me hesitant to visit this hotel again. The fear that I could stay outside with 6 kids without room, even I paid all the 3 rooms ahead of time was really really terrible.
I still don't know what happened but I hope they can either fix their system or train their staffs properly.
Everyone was helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was tasty. The pool was nice as well. The whole facility was very clean. Thanks so much!

A wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn. Very courteous staff. Thank you so much.
Nothing to dislike
Excellent breakfast with healthy options. The hotel was very clean and looked new or newly renovated. Nice exercise machines in the small workout room. We appreciated coffee always available in the lobby, and that the rooms had nice amenities including lotion. The thermostat was easy to operate and worked well. Would definitely stay there again.
The side doors to the parking lot are supposed to be locked for security, but they don't close all the way. You have to turn around and pull them shut. Several times we found them open, including late at night. I notified staff and they said they'd look into it. The hot water took a while to heat up but worked eventually. But still a great hotel for the money!
