Staff was very helpful and friendly. Friday breakfast was very good. Large bathroom vanity. Easy to use airport shuttle.
Room was a bit small but very adequate. Saturday breakfast sparse.
It smelled so inviting as soon as we walked in.
About the only thing that was a very slight inconvenience was the flat pillows
Clean
The area around the hotel seems to be car body shops and car impound lot. Once you go down two blocks into the asturia neighborhood it gets better about a 15 minute walk.

Όμορφο και ήσυχο ξενοδοχείο με αρκετές παροχές για ξενοδοχείο αεροδρομίου. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Αρκετά καλό πρωινό και πλήρες δεδομένου ότι συμπεριλαμβάνεται στην τιμή. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά.
Άριστη επιλογή για ταξιδιώτες που ταξιδεύουν μέσω του La Guardia Airport. Υπήρχε όχημα για την μεταφορά από και προς το αεροδρόμιο, αν και δεν ίσχυε στην περίπτωση μας λόγω διαφορετικού αεροδρομίου.
Ίσως λίγο μακριά η στάση του μετρό αλλά το γνωρίζαμε.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in making suggestions when needed. Room was small but comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. Free shuttle to and from LaGuardia. Only had to wait a few minutes for pickup. Good location for visiting both Yankees and Citi Field. Breakfast was very good with different options each day. Only negatives: there was loud music playing next door one night, but I just cranked up my noise machine. Also, fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice. Enjoyed our weekend!

The staff was excellent. Very courteous, both night shift receptionist and the morning staff.
The room had a smell, not to mention loud music playing all night, and the hotel knew about it, yet gave that room. The next morning, the room was smelling of bacon and eggs.
The location was near several stores and shops. The breakfast was nice and had several vegetarian options. The room was nice
I booked the hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. I waited for the shuttle for 20 minutes before calling the hotels front desk. I called 5 times for over 45 minutes and no one answered. I finally asked someone else to call from a local number and asked that the shuttle be sent. It took another 25 minutes before I reached the hotel. The shuttle service is misleading, because I requested the shuttle on my booking. But I was told the shuttle runs every 30 minutes however it only goes to one of the 3 terminals. This was an inconvenience for my trip and I was stranded at the airport for over 2 hours. I had planned alternate transportation so I wouldn't lose my booking because it was already 11 pm when I was finally picked up by the shuttle driver.
