The cleanliness
When I reserved my room it stated a breakfast was provided and we were not given breakfast. I was charged $40 for parking and was told o didn’t have to pay for parking if I filled out a questionnaire which I did… I have reported this and will be disputing these charges and will not stay at a Marriott ever again. The front desk clerk was rude and not friendly at all… and he was the one who told me I did not have to pay for parking and my card was charged $41.00

I have been staying at this hotel almost every week since last November and have had such a great experience. The staff are all so friendly, the rooms are spotless and it has been nice to see all the improvements from the remodel with little impact to the guests. A big shout out to Vish who has most often checked me in and is efficient and accommodating every time.
