Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein und extrem abgewohnt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und die Fenster zur Straße kann man aufgrund des Lärms nur kurzzeitig öffnen. Das Personal wollte beim Checkin meine Kreditkarte erneut belasten obwohl wir bereits im Voraus bezahlt hatten. Beim Checkout wurde zu unrecht versucht uns ein Frühstück zu berechnen.

Das Hotel eignet sich super für einen Städtetrip...perfekt an U-Bahn und Bus gelegen...gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten...hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, deshalb war es trotz gekippter Fenster ruhig (es gibt keine Klimaanlage)...freundliches Personal

Cons:

Am Anreisetag hatten wir keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer...es wurde sich aber gleich darum gekümmert, nachdem ich es zurückgemeldet hatte...wir bekamen 3 kleine Handtücher, jedoch nur ein Duschhandtuch, welches wir uns zu dritt dann teilen mussten, mehr waren nicht verfügbar...erst am nächsten Tag bekamen wir dann die restlichen Duschhandtücher

Tolles Hotel zum guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war geräumig und für 3 Personen mehr als großzügig. Es lag zum Innenhof, so dass wir von der zentralen Lage so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommen haben. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und für den Preis mehr als gut.

Cons:

Kleiner Kritikpunkt: wir konnnten nicht in diesem Hotel unser Auto parken, sondern im Nachbarhotel.... war aber gut zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!

Der Aufenthalt und die Problemlösungskompetenz waren nicht so positiv wie erwartet.
Pros:

Außer der Lage und der guten Anbindung an U und S-Bahn nicht viel.

Cons:

Es gab eine defekte Klimaanlage und defekte elektrische Rollläden. Durch das Personal wurde uns erstmal kein anderes Zimmer weiter unten angeboten, obwohl es über 30Grad warm war und die Klimaanlage und Rollläden defekt waren. Das Zimmer glich einer Sauna.

War als Kurztrip durch die gute Lage in Ordnung, aber würden wir nie wieder buchen.

Cons:

Zu laut, man konnte leider nicht lüften (Zimmer lag im Hinterhof, wo unten die Außenplätze eines Dönerladens gelegen sind). War in dem Fall problematisch, da auch keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist.

Bei Einzug auf dem Zimmer gab es keine Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir dann zumindest kleine Handtücher. Große gab es wohl nicht mehr.
Am 2. Tag gab es gar keine frischen Handtücher, weil die erst um 20 Uhr wieder eingetroffen sind.
Es war allerdings ein sehr heißer Tag (über 30 Grad), demnach war es ohne Klimaanlage sowieso schon sehr schweißtreibend. Gut dass wir noch eins von zu Hause dabei hatten.

Sauberkeit war grundlegend in Ordnung, aber die Toiletten im Lobbybereich waren echt nicht sauber. Teilweise keine Tücher für die Hände oder Toilettenpapier.

Wirkte insgesamt schlecht organisiert.
