Lokalizacja i dostęp do parkingu. Pan z recepcji pomocny i uprzejmy. Bardzo dobre śniadania

Cons:

Dostaliśmy pokój na 5 piętrze, windy nie działały. W ciazy, z dwójką dzieci chodzenie kilka razy na takie piętro bylu bardzo ciężko. Na korytarzu z pokojami brudno i śmierdziało.

Gute Lage, keine Klima im Zimmer

Großes Zimmer, modern eingerichtet

Cons:

Die Putzkräfte kamen trotz des Schilds in unser Zimmer. Es gab keine Klima und die Fenster konnten wir nicht offen lassen, weil die U-Bahn und die Straße daneben viel zu laut waren.

Pros:

Очень ужасный отель, грязный, при размещении нас не убрались. Очень было грязно, плаценте вообще не меняли пока мы не говорили.

Kleinigkeiten die die Stimmung trübten
Pros:

Die Lage und das gesamte Umfeld war hervorragend. In zwei Minuten (Ampelschaltung mitgerechnet) am U-Bahnhof.
Restaurants, Bäckereien, Kioske und Supermärkte in der Nachbarschaft.

Cons:

Ausfall beider Aufzüge, extremst mühsam mit schweren Koffern in den 5. Stock zu gelangen.
Teilweise defektes Inventar. Unangenehme Gerüche in den Hotelgängen.

OK aber keinesfalls IHG Standard
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen, direkt am U-Bhf. Bülowstrasse mit diversen Anbindungen an den ÖPNV
Problemloser und schneller Check-In und Check-Out
Freundliche, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter am Empfang
Zimmer und Bad war auf den ersten Blick sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für die ausgeschriebene Kategorie doch etwas klein und leider hat es keinen Minibar Kühlschrank im Zimmer.
Unter den Betten sollte auch geputzt werden.
Hatte nach drei Tagen Aufenthalt meine Handtücher auf den Boden, leider wurden diese nicht gewechselt oder mitgenommen. Ebenso wurde das Bett nicht frisch bezogen.

Posizione strategica. Camera spaziosa per 4 persone.

Cons:

1. Ho scelto questa struttura per la disponibilità di prodotti senza glutine. In realtà per colazione mi è stato proposto soltanto del pane e, alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti ed ulteriori prodotti per mia figlia, mi è stato risposto di andarli ad acquistare al supermercato di fronte.
2. Scarsa pulizia della camera.

A very uncomfortable place
Pros:

One positive point was keeping our suitcases before and after the check-in and checkout time in the place

Cons:

Nothing was as expected. Rooms were full of noise from outside. Either with opened or closed windows.
No air conditioner, no hand washing liquid (was empty), no refrigerator. I couldn't even turn on the TV because the remote control didn't have batteries.
What else should I expect from a hotel?
The elevator was not working for a room in the last floor
