Location was good for my weekend plans, staff was polite. Breakfast was OK: eggs, waffles, cereal, bagels. Bed very comfortable. Clean.
Entire facility ( lobby, hallways, room) had an old stale cigarette smell. Fortunately, the window opened to air out the room. No fresh fruit for breakfast. Room was small. Would not return.

The entire facility did not have hot water, they said everyone should have been informed about this, including 3rd party sites like booking.com. I think there should be some sort of refund for this reservation given this massive inconvenience.

I did not get to find out what I liked at Jonestown Inn because Booking.Com never sent them the information about my reservation, so I arrived at 11 pm with my elderly, wheelchair bound mother who is on oxygen only to find this out. The front desk agent informed me that this occurred to 5 other people who made reservations through Booking.Com and they were fully booked. Then I had to sit in my car with my elderly mother in torrential downpour and find another hotel. DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM. THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME!! HOPE THE OTHER 5 PEOPLE GOT A DIFFERENT RESULT.
