Tenía muchas expectativas.

Cons:

Ni siquiera pude alojarme en el hotel ya que al llegar a las instalaciones no me dejaron ingresar y salió el guarda diciendo que el hotel estaba cerrado por falta de energía y todo fue a última hora, y ahí estaba yo muy a las 11 pm de la noche buscando como resolver junto con mi compañero y me parece una irresponsabilidad no haber avisado ya que anteriormente me comuniqué con ellos para confirmar mi hora de check-in y me respondieron normal, afirmando que seguía en pie mi reserva, un poco de consideración.

Pros:

Arturo was wonderful. He made me coffee at odd times when he knew I needed one. Was always cheerful to open the door (it's kept locked which makes me feel very safe) say hello and go the extra mile. I'LL BE BACK!

Cons:

It's a small place with a small pool and staff. The breakfast was simple but nice.

Acogedor, limpio y cómodo !

Cons:

La atención PÉSIMA, Mónica la propietaria y gerente tal cual se hizo llamar con una actitud muy arrogante, poco servicial y cero amable hacia el extranjero que visita su hermoso país, en una gira de 4 semanas por Latinoamérica la única persona con mala atención y poco respeto fue esta señora, una pena que tengan un sitio tan bonito y den un trato tan malo! Cero empatía y falta de voluntad hacia el cliente !

Great service from the staff. Nice looking rooms

Cons:

Way too may mosquitos in the room. The sheets, linens, and towels were almost all torn or had stains. Need to update those items to new ones

Good places to stay
Pros:

At first in person, it seemed very good. There were not many places to eat right near the hotel, especially as we are vegetarians.

Cons:

Under the desk under the TV, where nobody looks, we saw a black mold growing. This needs to be addressed. We thought the room was fabulous until we saw that so we’re downgrading it because of that it was room. I can’t remember the number.
