Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione dell'albergo , la professionalità del personale sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti.
Sicuramente ritornerò ma non saprei quando.

La stanza era priva di terrazzo ed era raggiungibile solo con le scale.

Nett, aber wir kommen nicht wider
Pros:

Nähe zum See und die Vielzahl an Parkplätzen.

Cons:

Das Apartment ist super renoviert.
Allerdings haben wir folgende Punkte, die wir beanstanden möchten:
- komplette Hotelanlange: sehr veraltet, vorallem was die Pool-Area angeht
- Appartement-Gebäude: vorne hui, hinten pfui (Fassade+Grundstück), die rückwärtig liegenden Appartements haben eine hohe Geräuschkulisse durch die Wärmelumpe (Tag & Nacht)
- Appartement: Stauraum für Feger und Bodenwischer fehlt (wurde alles im Bad gelagert)

Hotel mit Guter Lage, jedoch Schlechte und alte Austtattung.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am See war sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir haben zuerst das Zimmer Nr. 1006 im Nebengebäude bekommen. In diesem Zimmer hat es rund um die Klimaanlage geschimmelt, der Duschkopf war extrem unsauber und das Zimmer war allgemein viel kleiner und weniger Ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Nachdem wir das Zimmer bemängelt haben, wurden wir abgewiesen dass es der Hausmeister am nächsten Morgen reparieren würde.
Am nächsten Morgen hatten wir Halsschmerzen zwecks der Klimaanlage. Daraufhin haben wir dann nur auf Drohung das Hotel zu verlassen ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.
Es ist ein sehr veraltetes Hotel, welches die Ausstattung dringend erneuern sollte.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, jedoch für die Große Masse gemacht.

Insgesamt hat es meiner Meinung nach nicht einmal 2 Sterne verdient.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok, bis auf den Koch der die Spiegeleier gemacht hat, der war total unfreundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war keine 4* Wert. Kein Balkon, Gitter an dem kleinen Fenster, Schimmel über der Tür, Wasserschaden an der Decke. Kein Papierkorb im Zimmer, Duschkabine defekt. Kein guter Zugang zum See
