Durchgangshotel
Pros:

Pros:

Room was clean and effective.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Great location

Cons:

Window only opened fully. As a ground floor room this felt very insecure so we had to keep it closed which made the room very warm.
Shower head didn't stay up so I had to hold it myself.
Corridor had a strange smell

Shocking
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The mould!
We got there about 11pm and got the room key! As soon as I walked in it stank of mould! There was mould on the skirting board right next to the bed about 1.5m long. I went back to reception and told him about it and he replied it was from a water leak that morning.
I think we all know black mould to this extent doesn’t form in a day, he obviously knew about it and lied to me, he also said he didn’t have another room. So we had to leave.
The room was 007 and I have the pictures to prove it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the hotel thinking this is acceptable. Should be reported.
