Fabulous location for the ferry
Pros:

Very spacious sea view room decorated in blue and white. Comfortable beds. Fabulous location for ferry and reaching the lift to the centre.

Cons:

The lift was so slow often waiting a long time and often used the stairs instead. First night there was very loud music coming from somewhere very close by in to the early hours. The 2nd night was better and quieter.

Amazing location and views, but the room and service need improvement
Pros:

The location of the hotel is definitely its number one advantage. If you want convenience and easy access to the harbour and ferries to the islands, this is a great choice. Everything is within easy reach, making it very convenient for exploring the area.The rooftop terrace is absolutely AMAZING, with a fantastic view of the beautiful Mount Vesuvius and the harbour. Watching the view from the rooftop is truly special especially at sunset

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was extremely small — far too small for two people. There was barely enough space to move around, and we struggled to find room for our luggage.

The bathroom also needs some attention. The shower was very old and heavily affected by limescale, which resulted in poor water pressure and made it difficult to shower properly.
We also found the front desk staff rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. They rarely smiled and spoke very limited English, which sometimes made communication difficult.
That said, the cleaning staff and the rooftop bar staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated their warm service.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The terrace was wonderful, beautiful views and great to watch the sunsets. The bed was very comfortable, shower was great and generally very clean.

We loved the staff!!! But the room, was not comfy.
Pros:

The location, and the entire restaurant staff was excellent!

Cons:

Our bed was very hard, and the step heading to the rooms number 200s was tough, we also feared the 2 steps to go down to use the bathroom in the middle of night. All the walls in our suite were all white and not one picture on the walls. Did not feel warm.

Great pool but rooms need more attention with soundproofing!

Cons:

Very expensive drinks for a small hotel, you could hear everything and everyone passing your bedroom all day and night which was a massive letdown. there is also no kettle or tea and coffee maker facilities in the room. So if you wake up early and breakfast isn’t open, you have to go out of the hotel and search for a warm drink.

Pros:

Limpio, comodo, buena ubicación cerca del puerto.

Cons:

Mala atención del personal. Poca predisposición para atender. Fui con mi bebé, llegamos de viaje a las 14:30hs, buscamos algo para comer y no pudieron facilitarnos nada (siendo que el bar cerraba a las 15:00hs y faltaban algunos minutos para esa hora)
El desayuno no era muy rico.

Pros:

Right by the ferries! When everyone was getting off the ferry and exhausted from their day, I waved good bye to them because my beautiful hotel room was right there!! We had a gorgeous balcony view of the entire port. I loved watching the hustle and bustle of the ferries.

The location is fabulous. You can walk everywhere easily. The lift to the square is super convenient too! The restaurant is right outside of the hotel entrance and they offer a discount for the hotel guests. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful.

Cons:

I recommend not getting an economy room if you can avoid it.

Zwei sehr schöne Tage in Sorrent
Pros:

Tolle Lage gleich am Hafen. Ideal für Ausflug nach Capri. Parkservice (gegen Aufpreis) hat auch toll funktioniert. Rooftop Pool und Bar sehr gut. Restaurant sehr gut (hat täglich geöffnet, Info bei Booking stimmt nicht).
