bathrooms are not 100% clean, please do deep cleaning and improve on the menu

Not to standard at all, didnt have on the last day, as there was nothing appetizing to eat and drink, if ther can refill the foods so everyone can have a portion

Unfortunately, my accommodation experience was not the best.

First, my reservation was mistakenly exchanged with that of my colleague, which caused some inconvenience upon the breakfast.
Regarding the room and overall accommodation, I also experienced several issues during my stay. At night, there was a significant amount of noise coming from other rooms and from people talking loudly in the corridors, which affected the quality of my sleep.

On the first day, I found a cockroach on my bed, which was particularly unpleasant and concerning.
On the second day, after the room had been cleaned, the window was left open. As a result, several insects and mosquitoes entered the room.

On my last day, there was also a strong and very unpleasant smell in the restaurant and in the reception hall, which made the environment quite uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, considering all these issues, I cannot say that this was my best accommodation experience. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the quality of the service and the comfort of future guests..
