Hôtel très confortable, central près de tout à pied.
Pros:

La chambre était impeccable, l'équipement de la cuisine TB, le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon. Le personnel affable et serviable. On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour d'une semaine.

Birthday weekend stay
Pros:

Loved the centralized location, with a view of the CN Tower which was gorgeous at night. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was well appointment. The staff were super helpful and very friendly. The complimentary buffet breakfast had the right amount of everything to satisfy most people and was very tasty. Well done to the kitchen staff.

Cons:

The hotel although very clean was very dated and tired looking. For example, the chairs in out suite were frayed and worn out, and the wall throughout felt dull and washed out. And more modern fixtures in the bathroom would be nice with a detachable shower head would be useful.

Loved it, would definitely return again
Pros:

Location is amazing if you want to be close to everything including the ball field, Scotiabank Arena, CN tower and the aquarium. We walked everywhere and felt close to everything. Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Pool felt a bit dated, fold out couch was uncomfortable for our daughter to sleep on but that’s to be expected with a fold out couch.

Amazing hotel and staff!
Pros:

Loved the hotel, every staff interaction was pleasant, i could tell the staff enjoyed working together which confirms good leadership and a good working environment. There were no messy areas anywhere, everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was amazingly delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Some of the guests were doing things like brining alcohol and food into the pool, which was annoying and disrespectful
