Fantastic love the hotel
Pros:

They did not have the room i requested so we ended up with an upgrade very nice room free of charge and as always the staff was excellent

Cons:

Absolutely nothing the staff are excellent the rooms and hotel are very clean and the breakfast was good

Bardzo ładny hotel z profesjonalną obsługą i topową lokalizacją! Do tego widok z 20 piętra cudowny :) Śniadania dobre, trochę się zmieniały dostępne opcje, ale nie jakoś przesadnie. Ale myślę że patrząc na inne hotele z Kanady tu śniadanie było super. Dodatkowy atut to basen (niewielki, ale jest :)), zwłaszcza dla dzieci.

Absolutely loved it here! 10/10 recommend!
Pros:

Loved staying at the residence inn! Location is perfect, we walked to all the main attractions we wanted to see. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette is awesome! But even w a busy weekend crowd, the buffet breakfast ran smoothly and efficiently!

Cons:

The only minor tweak I would say this hotel
Needs is a bit more variety at breakfast for gluten free options.

Cons:

Café da manhã. Apresentou variedade limitada, especialmente em relação aos carboidratos, frios e frutas. Pros:

Room size was perfect. Large but not wasteful. A kitchen with a good size fridge/freezer, a ceramic cooktop, pans/dishes/cutlery/microwave are amazing finds for a hotel room.

The breakfast offered vegan patties and other dairy free options is something greatly appreciated for those with alternative diets (by choice or by necessity). The first hotel in 10 years that has offered this.

The location is great if you like being downtown. Approx 15 min walk to the hockey Hall for fame, Scotiabank arena, CN tower, Ripley's Aquarium, metro convention centre, waterfront, and many other great attractions.

Cons:

It is downtown, so the location can be hectic for parking.
