Over all our stay is great we love this place and will always stay here Vidal front desk lady and Chris our housekeeper
Pros:

The front desk lady Vidal was so helpful and very professional as well as nice she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with getting us a handicap room my husband had injured his knee at work and she helped us with changing us to a room that accommodates our needs at that time she’s the best front desk person I’ve ever worked with her personally is great she handles customers who had bad experiences and gets them in a better mood thank you Vidal for making my day better

Cons:

The only thing I can say is that the handicap type room 103 we are in is the toilet is a little too low it needs to be higher
