Cons:

L’odeur de la fumée de cigarettes impregné sur les murs de la chambre, le bruit de mon voisin ivre de chambre, numéro injoignable pour prévenir des nuisances sonores crééent par celui-ci. J’aurai également aimé qu’un balai soit mise a notre disposition.

Chambre sale. Odeur très forte de cigarette Trous de cigarettes sur le couvre lit. Et fréquentation par une clientèle très bruyante et alcoolisée. Je déconseille fortement

Suffisant pour une nuit de passage mais trop bruyant

Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant

Cons:

Bruit incessant dans la chambre on se serait cru sur un ferry proche des moteurs sûrement la chaufferie j'ai du aller acheter des bouchons d'oreilles au magasin de bricolage
Un volet défectueux très difficile à fermer
La porte gondolée
L'accroche du pommeau de douche inutilisable

Pros:

Contrairement à ce que j'avais lu, la chambre , les sanitaires, tout était propre.
La personne à l'accueil était très aimable.
L'hôtel est très basique mais c'est un hôtel bas prix pour passer une nuit, donc le rapport qualité prix se tient.

Cons:

La ventilation dans la chambre était assez sonore.

So much is good, but ...
Pros:

I would really like to give a wonderful review, as there were many things which were good, but these were mitigated by things which could have easily been made better.
The room and bathroom were clean (except for the cigarette on top of the hanging shelf!) with clean sheets and towels. Comfortable bed. A good breakfast - I have paid a great deal more money for the same calibre of breakfast in other hotels.
Good location and good, free parking. Excellent value for money altogether!

Cons:

The room was very small. Noise from people outside the door of our room playing music, talking, smoking at 03.00. The pervading smell of smoke. Cigarette ends scattered all over the stairways. Shower curtain not reaching floor of shower cubicle and a flooded bathroom ... every time! The shower curtain problem has been mentioned in several reviews.
I would think that these things could be easily and cheaply remedied. At the price, one is hardly expecting The Ritz, but it could surely be improved and be the best value place to stay in Agen and I would recommend it highly.

Si vous cherchez un peu de confort et une chambre insonorisée FUYEZ
Pros:

Chambre vétuste, limite sale. Lit inconfortable, heureusement que je dormais seule. Un creux au milieu. Aucune insonorisation déplorable, petit déjeuner annoncé comme copieux ce n'était pas du tout le cas. Pour ce qui aime manger salé le matin n'y comptait pas, pour ce qui aime sucré un peu de confiture pour mettre sur du pain de mie.
