Pros:

אנחנו מרגישים שאי אפשר לסיים את החופשה בלי לכתוב כמה מילים על הדס המדהימה, מנהלת חווית שירות האורח, לא פוגשים אנשים כאלה כל יום.

הגענו משפחה גדולה, עשרה אנשים עם ילדים, עם לא מעט בקשות ורצון להיות כולנו ביחד. הרגשנו שהיא באמת מתאמצת בשבילנו מכל הלב, בצורה שהפכה את כל החופשה שלנו להרבה יותר נעימה, רגועה ומשפחתית.

היא מיוחדת ואשת שירות יוצאת דופן, מאפשרת לאורחי המלון להרגיש שיש מי שדואג להם וחושב על טובתם ושביעות רצונם גם בלי שיבקשו.

המלון היה מדהים, מרגיע, מקום לנשום בו ומפנק.

האירוח במלון היה מצוין ונהנו מכל רגע. בע״ה נחזור להתארח במלון בעתיד.

היחס של המוות היה אדיב מאוד. החדרים היו מרווחים ונקיים. חדר האוכל היה מצוין עם מגוון גדול של מאכלים. הקרבה לטבע הייתה מושלמת וכן כאורחים שומרי חג ושבת נהנו מהאווירה החגיגית ששרתה במלון. נהננו מאוד!

אכזבה, הרגיש כמומלון ברמה של 3 כוכבים, לא נחזור אם לא יהיה שיפור מקצה לקצה

ארוחות הערב טעימות

Cons:

לכל ארוחות הערב לא היינו רשומים. זה גרם כל ערב לעוגמת נפש שגובלת בהשפלה כשלמרות שהראינו את השובר, נאמר לנו שאין שולחן בשבילנו. רוב הזמן המעליות באגף שקד לא פעלו. החדר קטן ביותר וחסר בו ציוד בסיסי. המיטה מאד לא נוחה.

צוות מסביר פנים עוזר ופותר בעיות . הספא לא מתאים למחיר ולהיקרא ספא הבריכה לא מותאמת לילדים

הבריכה לא מותאמת לילדים . ביום חמישי הינו מוגבלים לחלק קטן בבריכה . לא היתה בריכה לקטנים . חוסר מתקנים לילדים

Pros:

We have been guests during the weekend. Our room was in the 3rd. Floor and the regular elevator was off. We had to climb 3 floors using stairs.
