Közel a vasútállomáshoz.
An absolutely terrible experience marked by staff incompetence, false information, and appalling customer service.
On the day of our check-in (July 20), the receptionist explicitly and repeatedly assured us that breakfast was free of charge. Since it was our first time staying there, we trusted her word. The next morning, the breakfast area was completely disorganized with zero staff present to welcome or guide us. We served ourselves in good faith. Only after we had already sat down and started eating were we approached and, under extreme pressure, forced to pay €11 per person.
When we later, after eating our breakfast, talked directly to the hotel management team to explain the situation and request a refund—since the mistake was entirely their employee's fault—they blatantly refused to give us our money back. We were forced to pay out of pocket for their own staff's miscommunication.
To make matters worse, in a pathetic attempt to "silence" us regarding this whole mess, they offered us a complimentary early breakfast on our last day, since we had a train to catch and needed to leave by 05:30 AM. They promised it would be ready at 05:00 AM. What we found when we went down was an absolute insult:
There were only plain slices of bread and some orange cake. There were absolutely zero drinks available—no water, no juice, no coffee. We didn't even had plates provided; we were forced to put our food directly on the trays. Only after some time did a staff member finally remember to bring out some Nutella and jam so we wouldn't have to eat completely dry bread. We didn't even have access to 1/4 of the food options they had the audacity to charge us for the day before.
This hotel deceives its guests, refuses to take accountability for its own errors, and offers insulting "solutions." Avoid at all costs.
