Como foi uma diária só, cumpriu a função. Mas achei desleixo não resolverem um problema tão simples.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa, assim como o café da manhã.

Cons:

A televisão do quarto não funcionava. Pedi duas vezes, a pessoas diferentes, para alguém resolver o problema e fui embora sem a TV funcionar.

Je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande à personne.

La chambre est très mal insonorisée : on entend constamment les voitures qui passent dans la rue ainsi que les bruits provenant des autres chambres.

L’état général de la chambre est également très décevant. Le mobilier est extrêmement ancien, usé et sale. Le matelas était dans un état particulièrement honteux : il était complètement jauni et tellement sale que j’étais écœuré à l’idée de dormir dessus. J’ai pris des photos pour pouvoir prouver l’état dans lequel il se trouvait.

Les murs étaient sales, les rideaux portaient des traces marron et jaunâtres et même le faux plafond était extrêmement sale. La salle de bain aurait également besoin d’être entièrement rénovée. Le tuyau de douche fonctionne très mal et il est difficile de régler correctement la température de l’eau, car on ne sait même pas clairement dans quelle direction tourner pour avoir de l’eau chaude ou froide. La luminosité dans la chambre est également très mauvaise.

Globalement, j’avais véritablement l’impression de dormir dans la saleté laissée par les précédents clients. C’est une situation totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel.

Pour finir, j’ai également rencontré un problème concernant le paiement. J’avais réservé et payé l’hôtel via Booking.com. Pourtant, à mon arrivée, on m’a demandé de payer à nouveau directement à l’hôtel, en me disant que Booking.com me rembourserait et que c’était l’hôtel qui décidait si le paiement devait être effectué sur Booking.com ou directement sur place.

Résultat : Booking.com m’a prélevé 89 € et j’ai également dû payer l’hôtel sur place. J’ai donc payé plus cher que le prix qui était affiché au moment de ma réservation sur Booking.com. Cette situation est totalement inadmissible et mérite d’être clarifiée.

En résumé, entre l’état déplorable de la chambre, le manque de propreté, le confort très insuffisant et le problème de paiement, mon expérience a été extrêmement mauvaise.
