Beautiful room in a beautiful hotel. Clean and modern.
That we couldn't stay longer. It was close to the airport for catching our flight the next day.
You probably won’t read this or do anything about it BUT…. Hotel facility was nice…BUT….. only one towel in room for 2 people…. WiFi not work until employee came to room…..then worked…. heat control not work until employee came …and then it still did not work…. During the night…..Room was hot….All night sweat in bed with wet sheets results…. Then when arrived at hotel…. Shuttle service to airport all filled up….”booking” said shuttle and DID NOT say “need to reserve”….therefore we spent $50 USA dollars for a taxi to get to airport on time….. arrived at 4;40 at hotel and shuttle was full. Shuttle even when available held only 7 people running every 1/2 hour…. For a hotel “this” size”… with this many rooms? Will not use booking or go back to this hotel… even if it was a nice premise.

We were on our honeymoon and appreciated the lovely hand written congratulations card from Brooke in reception. :) what a gem!
The location is great and the staff was lovely. Very clean too.
The bed could’ve been more comfortable. Also, we were offered a celebratory class of champagne, but we never received it even after calling to follow up for it. It was a guide gesture though!
