מלון טוב במיקום מצוין, צוות עדיב, אך המחיר גבוה
Pros:

מיקום המלון נהדר, סביבה מרכזית ונעימה , מאפשרת התניידות ברגל להרבה אטרקציות, מסעדות וסתם טיול ברחובות. קיימות באזור מסעדות ובתי קפה רבים, מרכז מסחרי. חדר שהוזמן היה מרווח (אומנם בלילה ראשון קיבלנו חדר בעליית גד, ללא מעלית, עם תקרה משופעת שלא תאם את ההזמנה, אך אחרי שפנינו לקבלה למחרת קיבלנו חדר שתאם את ההזמנה והוא היה בסדר). הצוות היה נחמד ואדיב. המלון נחמד, אבל המחיר גבוה יחסית ביחס לתמורה.

ארוחת בוקר בסדר, אומנם לא מגוונת.

לשים לב שמעליות מגיעות לקומה 5 בלבד ולא לקומה 6 (מתחת לגג), למרות שבתאור החדר שהוזמן על-ידי ב-booking.com רשום כי מעלית מגיעה לקומות עליונות. יתרה מזו, במייל שנשלח למלון ביקשתי חדר בקומה 4 או 5, אך בהגעה קיבלנו חדר בקומה 6, אליה המעלית לא עולה. בנוסף לכך שהיה צריך לעלות ולרדת קומה במדרגות לוליניות, החדר היה עם תקרה משופעת, כך ששטח החדר היה רחוק מזה שמופיע בתאור (גודל החדר היה אחת הסיבות לבחירת המלון למרות המחיר הגבוה). אציין שהמזוודות הועלו ע״י עובד המלון. ביקשנו מיד להחליף את החדר לתואם את ההזמנה. נציג המלון שהיה בקבלה ענה שאין חדרים פנויים למעט סוויטה גדולה, אותה הוא לא יכול לאשר וביקש להגיע למחרת בבוקר לקבלה לשיחה עם המנהל. המנהלת שהיתה בקבלה בבוקר כבר היתה מעודכנת ומסרה שאכן החדר יוחלף לקומה נמוכה יותר וזה אכן קרה. החדר שקיבלנו מהיום השני תאם את התאור באתר. אציין שעוד בלילה ראשון שלחתי פניה לשרות לקוחות ב-booking, אך לא התקבל מענה. בהמשך ביקשתי מbooking פיצוי עבור אי עמידה בתנאי ההזמנה בלילה ראשון, קיבלתי תשובה מbooking כי הם לא הגיעו להסכמה עם המלון בנושא, אך הציעו פתרון כל שהו מטעמם.

Excellent hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast service was good with a varied choice of dishes on offer.
The bar man was particularly welcoming and very knowledgeable about the UK Premier League football teams!

Cons:

The soap dispenser over the bath needs to be lower so that a person sitting in the bath can reach it.

Centraal en gezellig
Pros:

Geweldige locatie, fijne mensen bij de receptie. Een heerlijk ontbijt met hele aardige mensen. De kamers zijn ruim.

Cons:

Het enige dat ik jammer vond is dat je om de kamer 3 uur langer te houden 200 euro moet betalen. Dat kan anders.

Five nights in Paris, able to visit all of the main attractions which were in walking distance.
