One of the worst stay and I will never do it again
Pros:

The staff only the staff nothing else

Cons:

Room service only for food,you can’t have a coffee or any cold beverage.There is no fridge in the room. The air conditioning is not working the room was so hut we could not sleep especially my 2 years old sun,never again

Un personnel qui sauve le confort du séjour
Pros:

La seule chose qui relève la note sur l’expérience générale, c’est la gentillesse et la serviabilité du petit jeune au bar qui a été vraiment top

Cons:

C’était une catastrophe pour trouver le parking de l’hôtel avec les travaux sur le pont de Neuilly
Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres, ni même de mettre la climatisation en dessous de 26°

le manque d'indication du parking, et l'accès à l'hotel depuis le parking, un membre du personnel nous a même réprimandés, en nous signalant que cet accès était réservé au personnel alors que c'est indiqué le contraire sur la porte d'accès

Decadente y de batalla
Pros:

Ubicacion, con metro casi en la puerta y linea directa al centro.

Cons:

Habitacion minuscula para 4 con un sofa cama con colchones super incomodos y pequeños. Moqueta sucia. La limpieza diaria me dejaba literalmente el pijama tirado, cuando yo lo dejaba doblado. El desayuno rico pero era como ir a la guerra. Tenias que limpiarte las mesas, conseguir manteles, platos y cubiertos era un reto. Adicionalmente, la peticion que les hice meses antes no la tuvieron en cuenta ni un poco...cero empatia, en la respuesta y en la intención.
