Hacia tiempo que no me alojaba en un lugar así. Le doy un 10 porque no le puedo dar más.
Pros:

La ubicación. Un entorno tranquilo. Cuando lo ves desde fuera no te imaginas lo que hay en su interior.
Comida de diez con un menú a elegir de 4 primeros y 4 segundos. Desayuno buffet variado y rico.
Llevábamos una niña de 5 años a la que se le adaptó el menú.
Destaco la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal de cara nosotros pero sobretodo a nuestra hija.
Paola y Eligio, camareros del comedor, gracias por tratarnos tan bien, nos sentimos como en casa.
Antonio, camarero del bar de la piscina, amable y servicial, haciendo detalles a mi hija cada vez que la veía por la piscina. Eso no se olvida.

Soggiorno Eccellente!
Pros:

Struttura pulita, accogliente, curatissima. Colazione ottima. Buona cena.
Personale di sala molto educato e cordiale.
Ottimo il parcheggio di fronte la struttura su strisce bianche.
Palestra attrezzatissima.
Vicinissima ad Olbia e alla bellissima spiaggia di Porto Istana. Vicinissima anche a San Teodoro e a 30km da Porto Cervo e Golfo Aranci.
Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Cons:

Se dovessi trovare un difetto suggerirei un po più di fantasia nei contorni delle cene serali. Ben consapevoli che il menù deve incontrare i gusti di grandi e piccoli sarebbe stato gradito anche avere qualche verdura più elaborata come contorno.
Una cosa che ci è dispiaciuta è stata trovare, dopo aver messo una bottiglia di acqua nel freezer della stanza, un avviso in cui si ricordava di non utilizzare il freezer per bevande non acquistate in loco.

Très bon séjour ressourçant et reposant.
Pros:

Très bon séjour ! L’accès depuis l’aéroport est facile en bus. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, au sein d’un village tranquille, tout en permettant de visiter facilement les principaux sites et points d’intérêt des environs. Très belle plage de Porto Istana accessible avec la navette de l'hôtel

C’est un hôtel familial, calme et agréable, parfait pour un séjour reposant. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon.

Cons:

Quelques points à améliorer : la présence de fourmis dans la chambre, malgré un changement de chambre rapide. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être servi un peu plus tard et les horaires plus souples.

Enfin, un petit livret d’accueil avec les activités de l’hôtel, les excursions et les informations sur les transports serait appréciable.

Air Conditioning did not work
Pros:

Room was clean and desk staff on check in where attentive.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work. We asked reception to help and they basically said it was working. The room was 29°C when we went for dinner and we had the A/C turned to 19°C, cool and fan to full. When we returned it was 27.1°C. All windows and doors where closed. We kept the A/C on through the night and the room temperature did not drop. It was very uncomfortable. The AC condenser units, which were visible from the room, looked extremely dated and efficient.

Hotel Sa Pedra is not a 4* property (we’ve stayed in many) and at best it’s 3*.
Pros:

The house keeping was excellent and the rooms were clean and generally comfortable. Several points of improvement: 1. The sofa beds are too small for tall people like my son. 2. There were no basic amenities in the room like tissues (which you would expect for a 4* property). 3. They didn’t even provide any complimentary water in the room (which given the current heat wave in Europe is poor).

Cons:

The staff were ok, but not as helpful as you’d expect from a 4* property. On our final day we manage to get a free checkout at 12pm instead of 10am. When we asked about getting a room (which was not sold and so available) for 4 hours so we could shower after a day at the pool, we were told it would be 170 euros! This was ridiculous and just showed a lack of welcome we felt. Finally the breakfast spread was not very good and the same menu everyday!

Il mio soggiorno è stato purtroppo molto deludente, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di una struttura classificata
Pros:

Purtroppo, ben poco. L’unico aspetto realmente positivo è stato il personale femminile, sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Anche alla reception ho trovato cortesia, in particolare da parte del ragazzo più giovane. Per il resto, l’esperienza è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative per una struttura classificata 4 stelle.

Cons:

Praticamente tutto il resto. La struttura è risultata decisamente al di sotto degli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a 4 stelle.

Il cibo è stato uno degli aspetti peggiori: qualità molto scarsa, poca cura e proposte che personalmente ho trovato davvero poco appetibili. Anche il servizio non è stato all’altezza: mentre parte del personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, il personale maschile si è dimostrato in generale poco gentile e poco attento nei confronti degli ospiti, con l’eccezione del ragazzo più giovane della reception.

Nel complesso, il rapporto tra categoria dell’hotel, qualità dei servizi offerti ed esperienza vissuta è stato molto deludente. Da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo un livello nettamente superiore, sia per quanto riguarda la ristorazione sia per l’attenzione e la professionalità del servizio.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et serviable, petit déjeuné pour tous les goûts et très bon, salle de sport très qualitative avec des équipements neufs, piscine bien entretenue et qualitative. La chambre et la literie étaient parfaite avec une petite terrasse avec pelouse.

Cons:

Attention aux chambres près du restaurant, très bruyant jusqu'à la fermeture vers 22h/22h30 si vous êtes avec un bébé.
