Mediocre per un 4 stelle
Pros:

Il posto è molto bello e conveniente per raggiungere a piedi il Vittoriale. Il parcheggio interno è molto comodo.

Cons:

La camera era nella dependance al di fuori della struttura raggiungibile tramite scale esterne con vegetazione che andava un po’ curata. La stanza era mediocre e il soffitto pieno di ragnatele. Nel bagno una vasca adibita a doccia, pericolosa perché si rischiava di scivolare. Per un hotel a 4 stelle da €200 a notte mi aspettavo molto di più.

A nice hotel with a nice atmosphere
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a quiet yet central location between the lake and the old town. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Easy to park. Nice pool and rooftop terrace. All in all a good experience.

Cons:

The room that I stayed in was nice and clean yet a bit dated.

Delighted to be back - great to see many of the staff remain - delightful
Pros:

A fabulous location, but more important great staff - more like family - if you have walking issues you may want to rethink this location as its in-between upper and lower Gardone and the land is quite hilly - saying that its beautiful - Breakfast - maybe one or two more articles for choice but good variety on offer.

Cons:

We have been coming to the hotel for many decades it seems and have seen the improvements over the years - however, they have slowed down whilst the price continues to increase - of course this is the way things work - but with a new hotel due to open soon - I hope the Sofia can do enough to attract the guests it deserves. The staff can do no more - they are off the scale - owners maybe need to look at some upgrades - Better TV , internet sockets in rooms - showers replaced as the shower curtain ends up marrying you all the time - still a great and wonderful place -

Stupendo hotel vista lago
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, camere grandi e spaziose, bagno con doppi lavabi e vasca, prodotti per l'igiene personale, colazione varia e abbondante sia dolce che salata, ottima posizione con vista lago!!
Staff gentile e cordiale!!
Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto per tutto quello che offre, come piscina, solarium, vasca idromassaggio e Spa!!
Ottima posizione per eventi che si svolgono al Vittoriale, davvero a 5 minuti a piedi dall'albergo!!

Cons:

Nelle camere della dependance sarebbe bello avere le finestre a ribalta in modo da poterle tenere aperte senza preoccuparsi che qualcuno possa entrare da fuori visto che sono praticamente nel giardino

SOGGIORNO BREVE PER EVENTO AL VITTORIALE
Pros:

La posizione è davvero strategica per i concerti presso il Vittoriale e quindi per il centro storico di Gardone. Colazione sempre super e personale molto gentile. Il parcheggio gratis all'interno della proprietà.

Cons:

E'la seconda volta che soggiorno a Villa Sofia perchè è in posizione strategica quando ci sono i concerti/eventi al Vittoriale. Questa volta abbiamo optato per una camera vista lago. Gli arredamenti, le tende appesantiscono molto l'ambiente e anche lo stile è decisamente datato. In un 4* stelle che per 1 notte con colazione è costato più di 300 Euro, non mi aspetto un grande alone/macchia sul cuscino di tessuto del divanetto all'entrata e per fare la doccia una tenda bianca nella vasca da bagno con un doccino stile Luigi XVI che pesa molto.
