Inaspettatamente assai accogliente
Pros:

Le camere e la struttura semplice ma molto curata. Arredamento originale ma non falsamente pretenzioso. Il personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Si trova al 4 piano, ma ha comunque ascensore. Si arriva in un androne che alla sera è popolato da varia umanità.

Très bon emplacement, personnel très sympathique, chambre rénovée et confortable

Cons:

Problème d'isolation de la chambre, nous entendions les voisins (qui étaient très bruyants). En arrivant nous avons constaté que la chambre était très sale (cela était expliqué par les travaux en cours dans le bâtiment)

Le choix d’être au cœur du quartier historique a un bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Le grand atout est l’emplacement en plein centre historique. Ne pas se laisser impressionner par l’accès assez moche.pas de petit déjeuner servi mais c’est Sympa de le prendre sur la place à coté. Chambre propre.

Cons:

L’accès, les matelas très durs, la chambre petite.

Pros:

Lo único que nos gustó es el personal. La chica de la recepción y el personal de limpieza era increíblemente amable.

Cons:

La localización era terrible, al llegar por la noche había fiestas con musica altísima en la entrada del hotel. La habitación apestaba a tabaco, el edredón estaba sucísimo y el aire funcionaba fatal, pasamos mucho frío.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre historique. Très propre. L’hôtel a été rénové. Notre chambre était très très propre, le lit très confortable.
La taille de la salle de bain était suffisante et également très propre.
La chambre était extrêmement calme.
Le personnel était très sympathique.

Cons:

Tout était parfait. Il ne manquait que du shampooing pour les cheveux.

Pros:

A localização é excelente o maior problema é a entrada do hotel que é um pouco assustadora e o elevador é muito pequeno , porem fomos muito bem atendidos e os quartos estavam muito bem arrumados e limpos . É um ótimo custo benefício pois fica bem localizado no centro de Nápoles e serve muito bem para dormir e aproveitar a cidade ao máximo que der.

El personal, desde luego, amables y dispuestos a ayudar y resolver cualquier duda. El último día nos dejaron estar en la habitación pasada la hora del checkout. Ubicación estupenda, cerquita de todo, andando a todos los lugares de interés. Muchas gracias.

Unschlagbare Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage im historischen Zentrum, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Viele gute Lokale und kleine Geschäfte in der Nähe. Man hat das Gefühl dazu zu gehören, obwohl man Tourist ist.

Cons:

Kein Stauraum im Bad, kein Schrank im sehr kleinen, aber sauberen Zimmer, kein Sat-Tv
