Location was good bed was good view was amazing. Noise was terrible and breakfast was bad

Cons:

For the full week there was kids kicking soccer ball up and down our hall running around from 8am in morning till 10:30pm at night on and off a few times a day. Kicking our door many times and hitting the ball off walls and our door.

Asked numerous times for them to stop and there parents to ask them to stop never happened

A vista conforme o esperado.
A qualidade da comida era boa.

Cons:

Elevadores são horriveis.
Estava no piso 8, desci inúmeras vezes as escadas pois o elevador demorava imenso tempo.
Sem esquecer que 1 deles esteve avariado/ parado várias vezes durante 1 semana.
Internet 🛜, ter de fazer a autenticação de todas a vezes que ligava, tbm não é agradável.

Pay for what you get
Pros:

The hotel was disappointing overall. There was very little shade around the pool and when I asked the bar staff for an umbrella, I was only given a parasol with no stand, so I had to balance it on my sunbed or hold it myself. The rooms were clean but could definitely have been cleaner. There were also lots of children’s school trips staying at the hotel, which made it feel very busy and noisy within 3 days there was 3 sets of school groups. The rooms are VERY noisy — you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms, above, and the corridor. The lifts were also unreliable, often needing the buttons pressed multiple times and sometimes taking you back to the ground floor for no reason.

Pros:

Just returned from 4R1 in Salou,we had a great holiday,rooms basic but spotless,staff nice and friendly,food great carvery every night and lots of choice and great selection of sweet stuff for afters.Entertainment was great for 4 nights and capellens lovely beach just 10 minutes walk away (quite a lot of steps down to beach though.Overall great holiday with family , girls on entertainment team very good also.

Really lovely hotel
Pros:

Just home from a lovely visit. Paid for a junior suite and wow, these rooms are great. Beautiful view and wrap around balcony with loungers and these rooms get a lovely breeze of an afternoon (just watch your studf doesnt blow onto the balcony below!)
Hotel was spotless.
Use of all pools for the 2 hotels. Lots of loungers around the pool but needs umbrellas for those who rather some shade.
We went all inclusive and could not fault the food, even for the fussiest of eaters.
Staff at the bar were a bit grumpy on times, almost as if the all inclusive drinks were coming out of their own pay packet.
Dining room had lots of tables reserved which was frustrating as then had to wait for tables to become free whilst those reserved remained empty the whole time. Surely those who have paid all inclusive paid the same premium so should be able to sit down straight away too.
Location is excellent . 5 min walk to strip in one direction and beautiful beach in the other.
As others have said, the lifts are temperamental but, for those that are able, the stairs were a great work out!
