MEJORIA EN LAS COMIDAS Y DESAYUNOS

las comidas muy escasas,, el sábado el marisco frio , todo muy escaso, hasta el kiwui que pedí por favor que me den uno 2 que necesitaba,, y me contestan que no hay que solo lo que había de paso las manzanas con bichos. Y PARA REMATAR LA NOCHE DEL SÁBADO SUBIMOS A LA HABITACIÓN Y HABÍA UNA NIÑA EN NUESTRA TERRAZA,, Y SALTO A SU HABITACIÓN LAS 904.. UNA VERGUENZA,, RECOGIMOS NUESTRAS COSAS Y NOS VIMOS OBLIGADOS A MARCHARNOS,, Siempre y cuando pusimos la queja al caballero de recepción,, una noche perdida, por las locuras de una señorita

Great location. I love Capellans beach

Cons:

Lots. Very untidy hotel, rooms, especially bathroom, corridors and public areas. It rained for two days, and nobody thought of mopping the entrance area and lobby. Some staff were very shabby too. My shower and taps had a mind of their own; boiling hot one minute, freezing the next. Toilet constantly self-flushed wasting so much water. The indoor spa and 'heated' pool were terrible. I thought the wrist bands were humiliating; I questioned why I had to wear one, and was just told 'you have to'. And this was all in the quiet season. I won't be staying here again.

Die Lage am Meer ist toll.

Cons:

Der Innenpool ist nur gegen Aufpreis zugänglich, das Essen war reichlich in der Quantität aber nur mässig in der Qualität, es gab kaum Auswahl für Vegetarier, viele Salate waren mit Fisch oder Fleisch. Von der Reinigung wurden saubere Handtücher weg genommen, so dass wir am Ende nur noch die Hälfte hatten. Benutzte Handtücher wurden nicht ersetzt.

Very Crowded Hotel
Pros:

Clifftop location, but lot of steps to beach. Two swimming pools..
Staff did respond quickly when there were serious arguments and loud banging in room adjacent, although telephone to reception did not work and had to use lift to report disturbance.

Cons:

Awkward to park to check in. Only one space is available in front (20mins only) - not good if there is a queue at reception. Parking is around the corner and not with the correct signage it mentions Gourmet Restaurant not Hotel.
Only two lifts for 8 floors of people, causing long frustrating waits.
No free water available in restaurant for half board guests. Supposedly hot food was cold due to fans in front of counter.

Menudas vistas!
Pros:

La habitación tenía vistas al mar, y menudas vistas!!!! Espectaculares! Realmente si pudiese repetir, lo haría. El personal en general es amable, las instalaciones están muy bien, el desayuno bastante completo y con opciones. La ubicación, excelente!

El hotel está deteriorado 4 estrellas me parece mucho en las condiciones que está todo medio roto.
Llegamos a la habitación las toallas mojadas y alguna sucia, la televisión no funcionaba, el agua de la ducha no regulaba bien caliente al momento fría horrible, nos cambiaron de habitación la maneta del baño de la puerta de caía, la colcha antigua y pesada las mantas viejas, el armario las puertas no corren... El comedor y la sala juegos huele a humedad,
No volveré a alojarme en este hotel, está muy deteriorado para las estrellas que tiene y el precio no va en relación con la falta de calidad del hotel
La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien

I already booked this hotel with the same room for the next visit!
Pros:

1. Location is perfect. Close to the beach and markets and right near the bus stop to aeroport of Barcelona.
2. The room was taken with direct sea view and a big balcony with two sunbeds — no need to use the beds on the beach or near the pool. Private and comfortable.
3. There are coffee machine and 1.5 liter bottle of still water in the room, equipped with 4 cofee capsules and 2 small paper glasses.
4. Stuff was very friendly and helpfull, especially at reception.

Cons:

1. Strong bad smell in the bathroom. Kept all the time the bathroom door closed and ventilated the room via balcony. 2. I was 3 nights—coffee capsules, water bottles, and paper glasses were never refilled.

Pros:

The only thing I was really pleased about was the location of this hotel.

Cons:

The electricity kept tripping in the room, I went down to resolve this situation to be told to only use the hairdryer in the bathroom, even when doing so the electricity continued to trip even when straightening my hair, the noise on a night in the hotel was ridiculous, the shouting and the continuous noise all through the night. Lastly the breakfast was inedible.
