Pros:

La ubicación,cerca del centro y delante de la mejor playa de Salou.. playa capellans y por supuesto el personal,tanto de recepción,camareros, buffet y limpieza

Cons:

No puedo poner nada ni ninguna pega...pero por decir algo ... Había momentos del día que en la zona de la piscina había poco espacio por lo demás todo muy bien

La ubicación es lo menos malo que tiene, muy central y la mujer y el chico joven de la recepción muy amables

Las habitaciones estaban sucias, la cisterna llena de meados, calcetines viejos debajo de las camas, las duchas amarillas. Es un poco complicado que algunos de los miembros del personal no hablen el español a la perfección. Las piscinas con el agua muy turbia y llenas de basura. No hay nada para comer ni tomar, solo botellas de agua y tienes que bajar hasta la recepción a buscarlas

Pros:

la ubicación era muy buena, a 3 minutos de la playa bajando unas escaleras, la habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda, las vistas preciosas. El buffet del desayuno también muy bueno.

Colas eternas para subir en el ascensor, solamente tenían dos para todo el hotel.

Фотографии номеров не соответствуют действительности. Все очень убитое, номера грязные. На завтрак даже не пошли, чтобы быстрее уехать. Персонал не отзывчивый.
