We enjoyed our stay at Manitou! We will recommend it to friends and hope to visit again one day!
Pros:

Convenient location to the activities we came for--Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, and Pike's Peak. Warm and friendly staff. Clean room, building, and grounds. A working hot tub! Bottled water available for $1 was a blessing! Our room had a little balcony and 2 lawn chairs were provided.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but we would have liked more protein options.

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit bland. The toilet was slow to drain in the beginning and then clogged up. They did not have anyone available in maintenance, but let me use their plunger. I didn't use it. We checked out a day early and used the bathroom at home.

Pros:

Location was great for everything we had planned

Cons:

I was very upset at the fact the hot tub was almost green it was not clean at all one of the biggest reasons I booked at this location is the fact they had a hot tub I have lupus and my body is always in pain and swollen after a long drive. Having a hot tub is a easy way to recoup and prepare for my vacation. Over all I enjoyed the hotel and would love to stay again at that location but this could be a reason I wouldn't go back. For some people its a luxury but for me it is a necessity
