We loved the location of this hotel! The facilities were very nice and clean!
My room door would not lock when i left the room, so my stuff was vulnerable every single day I was there. I think it was room 212. Look into it. We'd close it tight (but it never closed tight enough), check it, (seemed locked), then doublecheck it and it would open again. FIX THIS!!@! ps: i DID REPORT IT. Was told to make some minor adjustment, and it worked--sometimes. I was there 6 nights.
It is an excellent hotel for the price. The staff was courteous and attentive to all our questions.
The wifi could be better.
The manager, Steve, was friendly and helpful. There was a mistake with the charges for our rooms and I received a credit adjustment in a few days after checking out.
The AC unit in our room was either running continuously or completely off. It would not cycle on and off to maintain a comfortable temperature.
Good breakfast selection
We had the suite which had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also a living area, full kitchen and dining table. It was perfect for our family. Grandsons enjoyed the pool after exploring each day. The hotel was in a perfect location for all the places we visited. Breakfast was your typical hotel free breakfast but was enough to start the day. Would highly recommend the hotel and would stay again.
Location was great.
Room alittle dated. When the curtain was closed at night the AC fan blew it straight out. We had to put a towel on the curtain to keep down. It would have been nice to have info about the bus system in Manitou Springs.
