La Quinta by Wyndham PCB Coastal Palms

My reservations were at 3 PM. It was 4 o’clock until they let me get a room when I got there. They said everything was booked although I had reservations and was supposed to be in my room at 3 PM. Team manager spoke with Me,and I requested the general manager because I wanted to do a forced relocation to the pier Park location, which was close to the beach and the property I was under the impression that’s where I was going to be staying until I arrived at this location. Also wanted to speak to a general manager because my room was not ready once I made that request. They certainly said they had a room for me and the team manager denied me access to the general manager. I then called the company and spoke to someone that sounded like they were from Syria had no concern with my issue. and told me I would have to file a complaint with Booking.com the one and only thing I have to give this hotel credit for is their breakfast. The day I checked out, I told them three different times it was going to be 12 o’clock, which my checkout time was 11 o’clock. They told me that was fine every time. During that last hour after 11 AM, they come to my door beating on it nine different times asking when we were leaving. Back to when I arrived when my check-in was at 3 PM. I was told they did not have to check me in until 11 PM that night. Nothing about this reservation I made happened. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I got no rewards for staying here. I got no credit for all the disappointments. All I got was a bill and a deposit. They told me they were home for 15 days, although it mentioned nothing about that when I made the reservation. They popped on me at the last minute when I arrived, while ignoring the issues at hand.

Place was covered up with old underneath paint...and DIY at that..rugs in hallways were very dirty with stains..The price is paid made me not look at that so much..

Not allowing dogs in breakfast area. Lady had two small dogs who pooped between tables and she walked off and left it instead of cleaning it up herself. Some people are just pigs. Check should have been quicker instead of having to wait while the front desk lady was talking to a man who I assume was the owner (in a foreign language the whole time) which is also very rude. Another lady had also been waiting and she just left. The bathroom in our room needed to be updated/recaulked, it was yucky. There were three of us (all women) and they would only give us two extra towels? Actually only gave us two extra hand towels and washcloths and I had to ask for more bath towels and we were told we could only have two. ridiculous.

El aire acondicionado no se podía regular y así calor

las camas son muy incomodas , el piso estaba sucio , y la bañera las cortinas eran muy cortas el agua salia hacia afuera de la bañera .

When we went to check in, the front desk, manager was very snarky and rude. After that, very poor interaction, we went to the room. While unpacking there was food still in the microwave, dirty hand prints all over the headboard of each bed, a nasty musty smell.

The service from the staff, I had requested a first floor room and booked plenty of time in advance to be able to have had what I have requested. We also arrived and we had to wait several hours for a remote for the TV in the room. Had to ask for four times

There was an ant infestation. Roach was seen. Tub in bathroom had mold and mildew. Bed sheets has stains. House keeping left door open and an item came up missing.
