Cons:

As soon as you walk in, it smells like sewage. We were there for 5 days and our room was never cleaned. Trash was never taken out. Our room smelled like spoiled mop water. Any time I spoke to the staff they acted like I was bothering them.

Poor value for the price due to the lack of comfort and service.
Pros:

Great location with markets, restaurants and pharmacies very close and just 7 minutes from St Andrew State Park.
The breakfast is also good.

Cons:

We completed a pre-check in several hours before arriving and arrived one hour after the time we set for our arrival. However, when got our keys and went to the room, they were still cleaning it.
No shower gel, shampoo or conditioning in the bathroom and the night was hot and noisy due to the old A/C unit.
