HORRIBLE!

It is nasty, not cleaned at all, it is all and need several reparations, in one of he rooms we stayed the AC wasn’t working a d leaked all over the room, the other 3 rooms we had in our group Ac has a horrible sound! You can’t sleep, bathrooms are old and disgusting, the carpets on thelobby are disgusting pet pee all around and stains. It says is not smoking but smells like smoking zone in every room and hallway, The breakfast was the worst!!!!! Juice machine with 3 flavor but only one working, the waffle mix old and thick it is just a mess!!!!!!! THIS BY FAR IS THE WORST LA QUINTA I HAVE STAYED!

Pros:

Was in a great location,food was good was clean but could have been better.Had problem with my a/c but they care of it bye giving us another room promptly.Service was excellent,I enjoyed my stay there.

Cons:

Elevator was broke when I checked in and had to carry luggage to 3 floor the hot tub was also broken.The elevator was fixed the next day,I don't know about hot tub.

Pros:

Nothing. Worst stay of all time.

Cons:

Extremely dirty first room, a second room with strong chemical odors that caused illness, an unhelpful response from staff, and hotel ghosted both me and Booking.com when asked about a refund.
