Notre séjour s’est très bien passé et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Le personnel était vraiment au top : très professionnel, attentionné, disponible et toujours à l’écoute des clients.

Nous avons séjourné en couple avec notre bébé de 6 mois et avons été particulièrement bien accueillis. Toute l’équipe s’est montrée adorable et très attentionnée envers nous, mais aussi envers notre bébé, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

La chambre était nettoyée avec soin tous les jours et la propreté était irréprochable tout au long de notre séjour.

Le buffet était également incroyable ! Il y avait un très grand choix et une belle variété de plats à chaque repas, aussi bien au niveau des entrées et des plats principaux que des desserts. Il y en avait vraiment pour tous les goûts, avec de nombreuses options différentes chaque jour. Nous avons très bien mangé pendant tout notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The rooms are very clean and modern, staff are very friendly especially at The Restaurant! Food was so delicious, and all-inclusive food and drink options were of great variation. Amazing stay, very much recommended, and I would definitely go back!

We try go to Grand Azur every year, been 3 times and I love it so much. I generally struggle going anywhere else!

Me and my husband always get stuck in with the daily activities the team are brilliant at their jobs!

The evening entertainment is also great,

Shoutout to Zafer, Mustafa and Cha Cha for their hard work. We look forward to seeing the team next year and keep up the good work!!

I have just returned about spending a week at the hotel with my two teenage daughters.

I’d love to rate this hotel a 4.8 - please see our review below:)

Staff - all absolutely outstanding. They work so hard, and very long hours, yet nothing is too much trouble. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, thank you.

Room - housekeeping were great, room always spotlessly clean. We had an issue when we arrived with the room overlooking the hotel nextdoor which was very loud. This was resolved within 24 hours and we moved to a quieter room.

Pool - beautiful and clean, plus no sun bed wars ! Really enjoyed the lazy river … this was a fun addition.

A couple of minor suggestions:
Entertainment by the pool - this felt a little repetitive although the staff were excellent at running these. Maybe add in a couple of different activities??

Grab n Go - the offering never changed in 7 days. Again, maybe a few different options. Possibly utilised some cakes from the patisserie as they were very delicious.

The shop - could the items be labelled to allow customers to know the price upfront. I know this seems like such a small point however I felt bad keeping asking the shop keeper the price of things (although they were lovely and didnt mind!)

A clock by the pool area - again, a small point although on three different occasions the life guards were asked the time.

Replacement card for the room - no details were asked from me by reception which seemed a little strange and could be a safety risk.

The à la carte restaurant- on the last night we ate here. The views were stunning however when we initially got there everything seemed very rushed. Also, my daughter asked for her steak medium/ rare and it came out closer to welldone. She was also very ill later that evening which I’m assuming must have been the food as she hadn’t had anything else to eat. That aside the other food was outstanding.

Overall, this is an amazing place and I can see why so many people return. Once again, thank you to all of the staff members for making the holiday feel so special.

we had a lovely experience! the hotel was great! very nice loby. the rooms were big (family rooms) but ours were located at the first floor with street side wich was a minus. otherwise it was very nice. the food was great! the veraity was big. everything was clean and proper. the staff were nice too. defenitly will recomend the hotel.

Food was excellent, the guys doing the activities like water polo & volleyball, were very friendly and full of positive energy. Really loved all the acrobatic entertainments in the evening.

You find all you need for your holiday here. Amazing staff, very nice location. Facilities, rooms all were the best.

This hotel is amazing.the best experience ever!! From the moment you enter the grand azur,you wont want for anything!! Hot/cold drinks and snacks available in reception and luggage taken to room,which are spacious ,lovely views....known the staff now for many years,especially our lovely sharon,moustaffa,zafar,barium,aisha,just to name but a few ..all so welcoming and friendly and treat you like family!!all the staff work so hard,the entire grounds of the hotel are spotlessly clean,security is very high indeed,food is first class,with plenty of variety.also the entertainment is too a very high standard.the pool is absolutely superb,with activiities,like volleyball,arobics,tennis table,darts,etc.the gardens are well kept,plenty of lovely adorable cats and even turtles,and tennis courts,football court,gym,spas.you name it,its all there for you!!!
